I enjoy the course I love to the class

I had a very positive experience. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Everything was handled smoothly, and they took the time to answer my questions clearly. I really enjoyed the course, marking and comments were helpful all along the different units.
The only problem is that I've paid for a PDF AND a hard copy by mail, which cost me £189 and received the PDF but after a year I'm still waiting the hard copy. I've exchanged with the customer service who told me to see with royal, which I did more than ones and the last message was the hard copy is the same as what I received as PDF so I can print it!
As I cannot have a refund and it sounds like I will never have this certificate, I advised people to not pay for a hard copy or even a PDF as you can download it directly on the website!

The company is so good I never expected I would wish also to invite other people to study shower courses at Bolc

Excellent course materials and I enjoyed being able to work asynchronously. Useful feedback from tutors and generally very prompt marking and return of assignments. Good value for money. Wide range of applicable topics gone into succinctly but also with depth. I discovered many new concepts that I had never heard of before. It was a worthwhile learning experience.

If I entered in to cource after downloading studied and attend assessment but no badge or completion certificate received.
The main issue is once you login then you can't login because verification link will not receive to our mail. Totally time wasted
