The write up on website said 'breathable' cotton. The delivered material was 100% polyester.

Their website stated: So we built the store we wished existed with flattering clothing, reliable shipping, and easy returns.

When I emailed January 2026 they refused to fully refund me; but did offer 10% - which they eventually raised to 60% after 6 emails - however, never took responsibility for not providing what they advertised. And never offered a 100% refund - which they should have as they DID NOT PROVIDE WHAT THEY ADVERTISED.

I would score my experience as a 0 star out of 5 star

The return process has not been easy - they have not been reliable.

You can stop pretending to be a legitimate boutique. Dress i bought was supposedly reduced from over $100+ to $69.95. Looked nice so purchased it. Was browsing and saw same dress on temu $16.95.!!! Imagine my shock. Contacted company and was advised that if I was not satisfied with product I could return it to China at a cost to me of$80+. When dress arrived nothing like dress in photo, material was cheap polyester and very poor quality. I took to op shop. I was offered $20 off my next order. I told them I would never purchase from them again. Now won't let me set date.

Do not even contemplate purchasing anything from this organisation.

It is a total scam just leveraging the Bondi Beach culture showing typical beachy family to make it look like a local organisation- it is a Chinese low cost under delivering nightmare.

Took weeks and weeks for delivery but I wasn't too worried then as it was the time of the terrible Bondi Massacre :-(
The dress I order looked nothing like the description and photo and did not fit. Shabby workmanship. When I wanted a refund for the $70 I was told to return it to China at a cost of A.$80-$100. I was then offered 10% refund. Now radio silence!
So much for "hassle free returns"

What a dreadful experience to receive an item that you did not order as advertised. Different coloured dress missing style elements, incorrect sizing and cheap polyester fabric instead of a beautiful soft - High-quality blend of 55% viscose and 45% cotton. The sewing is poor with threads hanging off the sleeves etc. I have see the same advert plastered under different company names, which are also scam companies. Why isn't the government doing anything to stop these thieves. Dispute your transaction to the bank and report it also to Consumer Affairs in your state, so that the company can be investigated, as all you will get from them is, a reply email that sympathises with you and asks you to accept a 10% refund in the first email reply, then 15% refund, then 25% refund, in return they tell you that you can keep the dress and gift it to someone. I know what I will be doing with it. Cleaning the glass on my fireplace and then burning it. There's a complaint form template on the Consumer affairs website to help you if needed.

I was scammed by this company. I put in a request to my bank for a chargeback due to goods received not as advertised. It was approved and my money refunded. Their site needs to be shutdown. The senders address was:

Worst experience ever in trying to buy a nice dress online.
I received my dress after about 4 weeks and it was almost nothing like the one advertised. The material was cheap and it looked like a sack on me. I immediately contacted them and got same BS information back. I asked for a refund and was offered 5%!. I was so disgusted I told them they were committing fraud but decided to end all communication and give the dress to an op shop. They might find someone who needs a cleaning rag.

I would give zero if I could. Appalling quality and ill fitting. Offered less than 10% of what I paid. I fell for a scam!!! The ACCC should investigate this company

This "boutique" is a Chinese scam.
Paid for 5 items for Christmas and the quality was appalling. The dresses did not fit, nor did they resemble the photos in any way and the zip on one of the sandals was faulty.
Despite the web site referring to an easy refund process, the reality is the opposite. In six separate emails I requested the form to return the items for a full refund and each time they refused to do so.

I Ordered and paid for a dress and was not given an order number or tracking details. When nothing arrived I contacted them and was told it had been delivered and then was given an invalid tracking number
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS as you WILL lose your money as I did!!

Prefer negative rating. Horrible Temu dresses, no labels, not in Australia. Paid by credit card and got chargeback approved. Stay away from this company period. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Shocking return service if you can even call it service.
My advice don’t buy

If I could give negative stars I would! This so called boutique is NOT in Bondi as they advertise but in China! Their products are nothing like what are advertised and are very substandard quality. They also make it impossible to return or get a refund as it would cost approx. $100 for the return freight! I feel very angry, but silly me did not check the reviews before buying, so now the item will be discarded and my money lost.

Absolute rubbish. Nothing like the pictures. Awful cheap. I’m embarrassed that I got sucked in. What a waste of money. It is shameful

The quality of the product was not satisfactory according to the tax value.

Products are not like advertised as in colour size or style fabric etc.
Customer support via email is polite but not able to give exchange or refund .

I bought 3 dresses that looked amazing in the promo, all incorrect sizes, material is like plastic, and they said 90 day return, didn't say it would cost $80 to return them.
