Bondi Sands Avis 22

I had to leave a review to warn others off this product I used factor 50 face and body sensitive and got severe burns after only being in the sun for a couple of hours , I emailed them to make them aware. The products also smelt of fish which i found odd too. Ruined my holiday.. please been warned!

I don't normally write reviews, but I was so upset by the experience, I'm making an exception so you don't have to burn. Bondi Sands Hydra protect 50+ was useless. I used it on my face and could not go out again in the sun for the rest of the holiday. I used Lancaster 30 on my body and that was fine. I don't know what's going on here, but it's not a reputable sunscreen.

Faulty products and terrible customer service

I place an order on 26th July and still doesn't dispatch. I emailed numerous times customer service with no response.My money was taken but nothing was sent.Now i have to chase them for a refund. Avoid Avoid Avoid

First time user of Bondi Sands Face SPF 50+. Normally use a low cost regular day moisturiser without issue. I don't have sensitive skin so the fact that the labelling says 'SUITABLE FOR SENSITIVE SKIN'' was irrelevant, but with the summer coming and I spent time on the golf course, it seemed a bonus. 75ml cost £8 which is a lot more than I would normally pay. Face reacted after second use. Made face red, sensitive and skin flaky.

Brilliant lotions, fake tan is the best colour on the market, also use coconut body wash for intimate parts and never get infections.
Coco moisturiser for all over body, blue bottle, helps keep tan as well as moisturised. Love this companies products

Bondi sands have the best spf lip balms, especially for the price and I've had no issues with their spf 50 products, I haven't burnt once. Very impressed.

Horrible customer service I will never buy from them again I didn’t recieve my package called they stated they would send me a new one called to give address where to send it then they stated have to have Reference number of ups agent before they send it out a scam they obviously don’t care about there customers at all horrible never buy from them !!!!!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. I bought the Coconut beach SPF50+ suncream for my holiday and I have never burnt so badly in my life, despite using it regularly through the day - I feel as if it actually encouraged my skin to burn more. I have spoke to others who have also used it with the same experience - 1 person was almost hospitalised due to the severity of her sunburn. Absolutely avoid at all costs!!

The self tan a few years ago was great but the gradual tanning milk is patchy and the GLO matte goes on in one big patch and doesn't spread well at all. Very disappointed.

Placed order on 9th December. Had email that order was confirmed and money was taken from my account. Order should have been dispatched next working day. Received email on the 15th December informing me that whist they were getting my order ready they ran out, so I asked for refund, few hours later I received another email saying they now had stock,asked them to carry on with order. Still waiting for confirmation if order is on it's way. Customer service is terrible

I have never use something better than this tanners , I have been working making a self tanner for over 2 years but bondi sands will never stop suprising me and make me feed beautiful. I hope I can win the price because I don’t have a lot of money because of my mom’s hospitalization.

Ordered the liquid gold tan and it is the best I have ever used. Easy to apply, smells good and colour is even and beautiful. Lasts a whole week.

This company is an absolute joke. Ordered 11 days ago, parcel still not dispatched. Customer service is a joke. Said it would be dispatched in 24 hours 6 times!!! Said there was no tan in stock then changed their minds. Always saying different things and contradicting themselves. Absolute shambles of a company. Will not be buying no more and neither will family and friends

I have had the worst experience with bondi sands. I ordered some tan on the 22nd of March and it is now the 5th of April. First of all the delivery company dpd said they could not find my address which was unusual. I was then told a week later that the delivery driver had not processed the parcel properly and it is in fact missing. I was also told by dpd that I should of been told this when I had been in contact with them a week ago. Dpd have then told me to contact bondi sands myself and tell them to put a claim in to Dpd and get me a refund. Through out this I had also been contacting bondi sands only to have the person I am still contact with, tell me to contact dpd and knock on my neighbours doors to see if they have the parcel (I had already emailed to say dpd had lost the parcel and that they would need bondi sands to put forward a claim). One as a customer I should not be having to search for a parcel that I have already been notified of being missing and two bondi sands should actually read the emails sent by customers instead of telling them to do something they have already said they have done in a previous email. This problem still has not been resolved and I’m still yet to receive a refund or the parcel. I will not be using this site again as I have lost all trust in the delivery company they use and their own customer service!

Purchased their self tan foam from a high street shop however when opened realised it was damaged so emailed and they responded within 12 hours (Aus time difference)... emails back in forth to rectify the issue, emails were responded to the next day and I have just received my replacement. Very good customer service, only down is that they use DPD which apparently attempted twice to deliver and stated i was not in when I especially stayed in for this delivery.

Placed an order for the mama bundle, I’ve only tried the mit and no tanning products
I’ve emailed three times since and still not reply
I wouldn’t bother wasting your money

Purchase SPF 50+ lip balm and moisturising lip balm. Both products completely dried out my lips. Got in touch with customer service which hasn’t bothered getting back to me at all. So please don’t waste your money.

Tan came out green on me it was gone off and they still haven’t replied to my email
