Really happy with the way James handled everything for us he was really helpful and kept us well informed. I would definitely recommend the use of Bond Wolfe to anyone looking to sell a property by auction!
Very pleased with the whole experience.
Thank you James

The company achieved what they set out to do and then some! The staff were a pleasure to deal with throughout in particular our contact James Rossiter who kept us informed with progress and even on the very busy day of the auction found time to update us on the outcome. Very professional and very pleasant to deal with thank you.

From the initial enquiry we realised we had a safe pair of hands in James and the Team at Bond Wolf. They were professional, knowledgeable and responded timely to all our enquiries. If we ever have to auction a property James and the Team at Bond Wolf would be our first and only port of call.

Our experience with Bond Wolfe was positive from start to finish. The service I received from James Rossiter, Senior Auction Valuer, was outstanding. James was professional, personable and efficient, he answered all my questions promptly and ensured the best sale possible, exceeding any expectations I had. I would not hesitate to recommend Bond Wolfe, and James of course.

My first time using Bond Wolfe. The initial meeting was face to face with property valuer James Rossiter. As a new customer i was very impressed by James's knowledge of currant market trends. No hard sell , honest and good advice given. An excellent representative for a company. At the time of selling i was in need of professional , intelligent and well informed advice . Thats exactly what i got.
First Class !
Well done James and team.Thank you.

The auction date was whilst on family holiday but Perm kept me posted throughout, till the exchange of contracts. Very happy with our purchase and special thank you to Perm for all her help and understanding.

We had a really easy seamless experience. Perm went out of her way to help us they were really understanding of our situation. We had completion on the property after working hours Perm came out of her way to deliver the keys to our new home.
