The flight centre website was user friendly, quick n easy.
The flight centre website was easy to navigate. Same as other platforms. The difference was the Flight Centre immediately tells u that a flight u chose is no longer offered by the airline, or that ur card payment was declined. With other platforms, ur transaction was rejected at the very end and the reason was not properly explained and no measures to assist. Flight Centre immediately gave available options if the flight u selected was no longer available. Process was extremely smooth. Will use it again even though tickets were a bit more expensive.

It was okay
It was okay. Really nothing to write home about. I used my computer to book for the first time, usually someone else does this for me. The visuals and flow of the steps could have felt simpler I guess. Perhaps the use of colours and freezing the total cost field would have been easier on the eye.
