Pathetic
We booked tickets, got confirmation, but no seats available. So we had to take a later flight at the same price with no apology. We almost had to tell our son that he would not be able to compete in a national event that he waited for 2 years to compete in!

Basically I wanted change dates on the flight I had purchased because I realized my dates for the next flight were clashing. Was charged a changing fee paid immediately as I received the bill only to be told they had sold it and they asked me to pay another top which I thought was ridiculous considering I had initially bought a business class ticket and now ending up paying double what I expected to pay. Very disappointed!

We are truly sorry to learn that you had been disappointed by the payment due to amend your travel. When changes are made to travel, generally a change fee and differences in fares and taxes are charged by the airline.
When a quote is provided for date change costs, it will be based on availability at the time. Regrettably, this availability can be quoted on, but still fluctuate up until full payment is received. Unfortunately a seat at a guaranteed price can't be held when providing a quote, which would likely be the reason for the increase in the change fee quoted.
We would like to ensure we understand exactly what transpired here and will have our Customer Experience team look into this for you.

Was unable to pay via credit card. Agents had to send me a link the next day to make payment. Also agent made mistakes with the dates. Had to go back and forth.

Perhaps an email immediately after booking explaining the next steps
The overall search and booking experience was good. However, after booking and paying, I did not receive a confirmation email acknowledging the booking (and payment). Fortunately, I noted the reference number in my own notebook and phoned several hours later only to be told that the "ticket has not been issued". I was comforted by the fact that my booking was at least visible in the system.
My advice: As soon as a booking is done, send an email with the reference number acknowledging payment and indicate that the ticket has not been issued but will be issued within the next x hours. This would go a long way to forestall any customer angst.
