Boots Hearingcare - Bury St Edmunds Avis 

Was made to feel at ease and all my questions were answered.

I booked an appointment for my mother who is struggling with her hearing. I would not recommend booking a hearing test at Boots if you’re not going to purchase their hearing aids. The demeanour of the Boots representative certainly changed when he realised this. He became quite abrupt with my mother and I’m glad I was there, let’s just say my sister would not have been as tolerant as me. Manners don’t cost anything.

The Boots Hearing care representative was excellent, he was professional and respectful and made me feel comfortable from the start.
The test procedure was first class. At every stage the process was explained and everything went perfectly.
I would recommend Boots Hearing care to everyone who has a hearing problem.

The appointment started on time and everything was carefully explained as we went through the examination. The lady undertaking the exam was very patient and answered all our questions.

I was seen on time by Rose Jewell and welcomed with a charming smile. She was efficient kindly and helpful. I did not feel any sales pressure, which I tend to automatically resist.
I had to wait for several weeks for my appointment, and with a week to go, it was put back but five weeks. I went into the store to protest. The staff could not have been more helpful, and the next day I was offered a cancellation. I was very impressed.

I have had a problem with my hearing aids, which, eventually, have had to be returned .
My score would be 5 for Rose, but my problem is not yet resolved, so we need more time for a good resolution.

The audiologist was outstanding since everything was explained about the whole process from beginning to end. Detail by detail I knew what my hearing problem entailed and every care was given to make sure my new hearing aids were working properly and that I knew how to use them. Outstanding service.
