Horrible experience from tracking…
Horrible experience from tracking delivery, to getting the product, and then trying to return the product. Do not order from this company you will not be happy. But if you do like being disappointed and and not responded to then this is the perfect company for to order from.

The newer model wows me!
It’s water proof, works fine, but some details around charging have some room for improvement.
First there is no signal to which a battery is about to run out. Secondly, when charging, again, there is no signal for charging status. Nothing changes even after presumably fully charged. Usually I take it out of the plug when the body gets really hot (like, really hot). Not sure if it’s intended.

I got a chance to try out the newer model. I must admit that all my concerns above were resolved. On top of that, it is USB-C compatible which is a huge plus! Despite the higher price point, I’d recommend this model and yes, it’s a five star body shaver for me!

Hi Hiro! Thank you for your feedback. We received several of such feedback with the trimmer and have since improved the functionality of our second generation trimmer (Globe™ Trimmer 2.0). Heating issues and the charging indicator have also been resolved. We'll be dropping you an email separately to see if there's anything we may help with.

Smooth
Tried the first time. Was definitely impressed at how smooth it went and "after". No nicks. Just straight cuts. Easy to rinse off as well.

Bad service
They recommended I purchase this free trimmer head and then after that I would have to pay a subscription to get it but I didn’t want to, and now I’ve tried every way to cancel the subscription but they won’t let me, terrible customer service, they just want money.

47 Days and still havent recived trimmer
I Ordered it 47 days ago and I haven't received it yet, Support email doesn't respond to me and the text support on the website didn't help me at all. Very bad customer service and I 100% recommend you do not purchase from this brand. I Might order from another brand called meridian.

I Recived my trimmer but it was broken, but after talking to customer support I received a refund and I got my money back
