Be careful with this website

Be careful with this website. I made a purchase and they didn’t even gave it to the courier. I managed to get a refund. But now the don’t accept PayPal anymore.
They won’t send any order

On behalf of Boxlet, I sincerely apologize for all customer support miscommunication and delivery information delays during November and December months.

As a new small business, we had some technical and legal difficulties with PayPal labeling us as a new business and without our approval created refunds from our account to customers whose orders were delayed due to the holiday rush. As a result, we will no longer accept PayPal payment methods and we sent refunds to all clients who made payments via PayPal to avoid further damage.

We understand you depended on us to deliver your items on time as promised and provide all of the asked information about the order. We deeply regret we failed to deliver the high standard that you’ve come to expect from Boxlet.

We are taking this incident seriously. Once it was discovered, we took appropriate measures to ensure it will not happen again in the future. At the moment we are solving our problems with PayPal through a court order and will not be using their services.

I appreciate your patience with us as we further investigate this issue. I’m confident your next experience with us will be up to your expectations.

IT'S A SCAM

È una truffa, le recensioni positive probabilmente sono false e sono state create da loro. Ho effettuato un acquisto, è passata quasi una settimana e non ho nessuna notizia, ho provato a contattarli in tutti i modi e non ho ricevuto risposte, ho iniziato a investigare e ho scoperto che il sito è solo una maschera, l'unica cosa che funziona effettivamente è il pagamento. Scam

Ordered on November 28th with 3-7 business days delivery. Tried contacting multiple times, phone is unresponsive, customer support chat is horrible and only after two days responded with grammar mistakes and later provided me a tracking number. I waited for a week, but shipment was not moving. Today contacted DHL and they said this tracking number is not meant for me, but for some other company located in different country. Totally not recommend, SCAM.

Amateurs!

Some friends and i placed an order for LEGO sets on black Friday 2022, after some delays we were all given the same DHL tracking number despite placing separate orders. After further delays we got a refund with no explanation whatsover. Steer clear of these amateurs

'You’ll get shipping and delivery updates by email'
NOTHING....
Emailed them & tried other forms of contact with no reply.
Contacting bank today to file a fraud payment.

This is a SCAM!!

This is a SCAM!!! They provide wrong tracking information and say that: Status of your package location will change, because of the holiday rush courier companies are also experiencing delays and it takes a little time for the system to update.
But nothing changes and you are not receiving your order. I got lucky that I was refunded by PayPal and they confirmed that it is a scam.

First, off we are not a scam website it's not fair to call a young business a scam if the timeframes are not met. If we were a bigger and well know store it would be flushed to delay and that is all, as for now if any problem occurs everyone calls us a scam, that's a double standard for a young company. We don't want to lose clients like this because it's so hard to find them in the first place. As for the delivery and tracking number delays, tracking not showing any movement it's a cause of the busiest months in the year for e-commerce and logistics companies. At some point, it's out of our hands once the package leaves our warehouse (item is shipped) and reaches a shipping company depot. The delays might be caused for various reasons but sadly everything comes down back on us. As for customer service, we are improving on team building and a better system to provide answers faster for clients but our response team went down during the last few months once the order number doubled and also amount of messages doubled. As for PayPal deletion as a payment method, you should research the reviews of PayPal that business owners leave and what troubles come with having PayPal business account to understand this decision. Paypal will refund money to the client for any reason without giving us a chance to provide order fulfillment information and documents. On top of that, they take a fee for every refund they make to a client so once again a double standard for a young company and a great business for PayPal. Just so you know we don't even receive your payment after the item is delivered, how the scam would be possible if don't have your payments for the items? Once again a double standard for young companies as it is easy to call it a scam. I hope you will come back here in 6 months and you will see that the comment you made today was wrong.

Don't buy at this website, it's a scam

I ordered a product on 24th november and payed via PayPal. Last week, after contacting them in several times, I received a DHL tracking number, but it said that order wasn't sended yet. Also, I have received an email from boxlet telling my order was sent two weeks ago.
Today, I contacted them via their chat website and I didn't receive any answer. So, I told them I was going to open a PayPal claim and 3 minutes after that I received a PayPal refund.
Also, approximately 5 days after my purchase I realised that they had deleted PayPal as a payment method.
I don't recommend buying in this website, because it seems a scam.

Either a one-man show or a scam

Ordered more than 2 weeks ago, after several inquiries what is happening I have received an email the package was sent (about a week after ordering) but not a tracking number. The shop apologized for being busy during this season. I did several inquiries for a tracking number and I was twice promised to receive a tracking number "today" but didn't. In the end, I received a tracking number about a week later after the package was allegedly sent (more than 2 weeks after ordering), according to which the package WASN'T SENT at all as it was only the "Shipment information received" by DHL Express. At this point, it feels as either a poorly handled one-man show or a scam.

AVOID! Worst webshop in EU

AVOID!! Worst webshop ever. I placed an order 2 weeks ago but never received the email confirmation. I have been trying to get in touch with them via social media, chat, and calling the phone number on their website and haven't received a single reply. This is HORRIBLE service and I will be requested a refund via PayPal. NEVER AGAIN!
