i returned an item on 8th January and as yet, no refund. i emailed the company who eventually hot back asking for proof of return which i sent, but nothing since. never again..

I returned good to them that were too big! I asked FOR a refund so MY REFUND HAS NOT BEEN ISSUED I HAVE PROOF OF THEM REICIVING THE GOODS BACK. I HAVE CONTACTED THEM TWICE ABOUT THIS UNABLE TO PHYSICALLY SPEAK TO THEM THEY HAVE £55.98 OF MINE I WOULD LIKE IT BACK! A VERY DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER 😡😡😡

I absolutely love their clothes, but since moving back to Italy (thanks to Brexit!), I’ve had to stop buying from them because of the high shipping costs. In 2024, I had a frustrating experience—partly due to Brakeburn’s fault, and partly because of the excessive fees from the Italian side. Long story short, I ended up paying double the price of the items I purchased, which meant I had to say goodbye to one of my favourite clothing brands.

Fabulous customer service. Prompt response to queries.
This is a bonus on top of the high quality of clothes. Natural fibres used no synthetic clothes. Excellent designs.
Got lots of compliments at work.
A really happy and satisfied customer.

Ordered a bag paid for next day delivery, item not sent, messaged via website help page No replied sent message via Facebook page No reply No phone number to call only help page to send message no actual proper email or any other way to send correspondence there is No customer service what so ever. The only way is to sort this mess out is to contact my bank for a refund which in it's self will be a nightmare as they like to see correspondence between two parties to acknowledge there is a problem. A total nightmare. NEVER AGAIN 😡🤯

I sent 2 items back to you in the 10th January . To date I have not recd my refund This is now the 24th January I have sent 2 emails and have just now telephoned and no joy, woman on the phone didnt seem to care re my refund, and told me to email, which I have done twice now I am now taking this up with paypal Never again will I buy from them Not at all happy with this company x

Return for order no 412968 received on the 10th January. Today is 24th January and still no refund has been received. I ve never used Brakeburn previously and I will NEVER use it again!!! I can't believe these people running a business sitting on their Customer's money that they owe them.

I sent all my order except for 1 top on January 7th it was received a few days latter still no refund yet I've emailed and contacted on Facebook lovely top I've kept but dought I'll ever use this company again to hard to get money back awfull service

Customer service is absolutely disgusting. I wanted to return a couple of items, and no return label was included. With great difficulty I found a phone number and spoke to an operative at 3.15 last Friday. She seemed very nice and helpful and promised she would email a label right away. Nothing arrived. Office closed at w/e, so provided all details a second time on a pro forma online and sent on Saturday. Got an automated message. Today by 3.15 no label had arrived, so I phoned the elusive number again. A lady answered, said she'd check with her colleague and re-send. It's now 7.30 pm and still nothing has arrived. I thought my request was fairly simple, not requiring a great deal of thought or work. I can only assume that it's akin to rocket science for Brakeburn operatives. My 10 year old grandson would have had it well sorted by now. So I still have my items, which could have been well on the way back now. It's disgraceful that three requests for a simple thing haven't been dealt with. I have had some nice items from Brakeburn, but this has made me seriously re-think ever ordering from them again. Get your act together Brakeburn. I haven't time or the energy to chase up a simple request any more than three times. Once should be enough.

Ordered well before 1pm for next day delivery, yet didn't arrive for 4days. Emailed customer services and had no reply within their own time frame. Returned item for refund and again had to chase it up as 10 days later received but no sign of refund.

I recently made an error in my email details on my order & was worried it may go astray. I emailed customer services on Sunday & had a swift & lovely response the following day. Completely set my mind at ease & have taken delivery of my goods today

Initially I was concerned as I didn’t have any notification that my parcel had returned but Evie was so very helpful in resolving my query and issuing my refund. She was very polite and kind as well as efficient ☺️

Friendly, cheerful advice and help from the Customer Service team who re-issued a free returns label (lost over Christmas) Also three days earlier a different member of the team enabled me to re-order an item (that was too small) at the same special purchase price of the original order. Great Customer Service!

On the 16th December Brakeburn had a discount of 30% to be applied at checkout. Unfortunately this didn't happen so I contacted customer service and received an acknowledgment by return. On the 19th Evie from customer services wrote to me apologising and said that as the offer was only on for 24hrs she was unable to apply 30% to a future purchase but would I accept a refund of 30%. I then received emails keeping me upto date and on the 28th Dec, inspite of Christmas holidays and high volumes I received £20. Thank ou to Evie and the Brakeburn Team for resolving this issue. My sweater and socks are lovely.
