Bought 2 pairs of boots. 1 was faulty with a lump in the heel.
10 weeks and I'm still trying to get a resolution.
Brandhouse Direct's customer service team is a joke; the phone line is unmanned and customer service representatives simply paste generic replies, no matter the customer request/response.
Brandhouse Direct are demanding I pay postage to return the faulty boots without a clear plan of reimbursement for the postage cost. Why should I fork out more money?
I even had one customer service representative tell me the boots are fine, and made like that. OMG that response baffled me.
Overall, this company has disgusting customer service and Ive been in contact with ACCC, nearly 11 weeks is a bad joke.
Buy from these shifty rogues and be ready for 50% faulty products and pasted responses to any questions.
I'd give 0 stars if I could.

Easy website to navigate. Shoes exactly as shown and very comfortable. I did forget to apply my $20 off and contacted them straight away. I had a reply saying they would see what they could do however nothing more occured. My fault!

I Finally got a refund after me badgering them with emails. A lot were ignored but after flooding them with emails I finally received a response and refund around 12 days later. So it actually cost me 30$ to try on 1 show for not even a minute as I had to pay postage to and from !

Ordered and paid for shoes . Went by their size chart. Too small so sent back immediately and contacted them as soon as I saw they had received my return! They told me to wait. It’s been a week and no return. I’ve contacted them and they’re not answering me!
It cost me 20$ to try on a shoe for 1 minute……
I’m going through original payment party to get my refund!
They’re still sending me daily emails for me to buy from them but NEVER again!!

first they send me the wrong item.
then they make me pay return fees.
then it takes forever for them to refund, and I have been calling them every day since they have received the item, and they never pickup the phone.

I had a good experience with brand house direct I ordered some boots that were the wrong size I sent them back and they sent me the right size without any complications. They were very helpful on the phone and I have now got some boots and I’m very happy with.

Do not buy from Brandhouse Direct.

They have zero regard for the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and will actively use stall tactics to keep your money when they ship you defective goods.

I ordered a pair of boots that arrived completely defective straight out of the box (a Major Failure under the ACL). They sent a replacement pair to fix the issue, but the second pair arrived in an even worse state—featuring a severe manufacturing defect where the inner leather lining was completely cut/split right below the eyelets, making them structurally compromised and unwearable.
When I legally rejected the goods due to a major failure and demanded a full refund, the nightmare began:

* They provided only one return label, which I used immediately.

* Despite Australia Post tracking confirming they successfully took physical possession of the returned pair, customer service baseline-falsely accused me of not returning them.

* They refused to provide a second prepaid return label for the remaining faulty pair, expecting me to absorb the risk and liability for their supply chain failures.

* Their customer service takes over 24 hours to reply, offering nothing but deflection about "checking with their supplier" to drag out the timeline past bank chargeback deadlines.

I have been forced to escalate this directly to my financial institution to initiate a credit card chargeback for a refund. Save yourself the 90-minute phone calls with your bank and the endless stress—avoid this company at all costs. They do not honor consumer guarantees.

Brand House Direct have always had a great range from which to choose. Rarely has my size not been available and to this point, I have not needed to return my purchase. The prices are reasonable, the quality and fit are very good and the ordering process is simple.

Great prices,speedy delivery,adequate updates and more than happy with my items. Will definitely purchase from here again.
