Paying them too much money for such little return. They are not providing good customer service, actually haven't even had an email form them in over 2 years. They set your account up and leave it there. No adjustments, just collecting money for what they did early in the process of hiring. They will promise you the world and provide you with a bag of shi*.

Very straightforward and simple to deal with, kept me updated every step of the way and answered any questions I had in between. Very much satisfied and will use them anytime I need help in this field

Do not hire this company for your ads or what ever you do i paid 1000$ and they did nothing for me i call back for refund and nothing back to my bank i call costumer service no amswer

I am very uncomfortable working with social media as well as social media advertising. They make me comfortable and not a spam company. I get email after email telling me what is wrong with my website, they tell me it's a good starting place. While I know my website was created by college kids as a project, Their objective was to build my brand and advertising, not my website.

Your typical marketing company offering great service and you end up paying for terrible services. There's a reason they disable their Google adds reviews to hide from there corruption.

We used Brandrep to help boost our business. From the beginning everything promised was not met. Our website was not set up as promised until we called and called to find out what was going on with the site. We were told they were making personnel changes because the people prior were not fulfilling their obligations and making promises and not meeting them. We gave grace and understanding and trusted them to get the kinks worked out. Once we started getting calls it was for things that we did not service, or was not anywhere near our location. Then somehow another campaign was set up with an unbelievable budget. We were charged $1700 for leads, clicks, phone calls that we never received. When we called to get answers we were told 2 seperate times that someone from upper managent would contact us. The whole day passed and never received a phone call. Called this morning and sat on hold for over a hour for them to tell us that no one from upper management was available. So we waited another 30 minutes and finally got to speak to someone from upper management. We were told there was another campaign started that they didn't do (even though it clearly says sponsored by BrandRep) and they had no control over that campaign or the money budget. We were told that we needed to find out who started that campaign and have them fix it. We stated that it said it was BrandRep. We got no answers except for that they were canceling the contract and that they could no longer help us. When we asked them if this is how they do business and their customers, this man God to Bible said yes unfortunately it is. So now we are out all the money we paid to get this started plus the $1700 in false leads that were generated with no explanation. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. If you can do this yourself I advise you to save the money, headache, no answers/run around, false leads and time consumption. As they say, I can do bad all by myself! I don't need a company thats suppose to be knowledgeable and truly unprofessional to do it for me!!

BrandRep is a great company, They built fantastic websites and they get you more leads,they answer the phone and if busy, they will call you back, I highly recommend using them, because they listen to you and fix anything that you have a problem with.

I was unable to get my google business page verified by myself. BrandRep got an appointment with a live agent and accomplished the job! Super satisfied! Now, we are working on getting my profile to the top!

would not recommend this company to anyone they are real into getting u to sign up then they ghost u till they heck in once a week to tell u the same story just waiting so they can keep billing u save your money use a different company
