Very disappointed. BrandRep took 3,months to change pictures and migrate my new website. And it’s still not on . When anyone search daycare near me they only can see my old website and old pictures. I’m very frustrated . There’s no responsible person who’s in charge to discuss this matter . I won’t recommend brand rep to anyone .

I spent over $10,000 with BrandRep, and my experience was extremely disappointing.

When it came time to part ways, they attempted to dismantle my Google Ads account and refused to give me access to the landing page they created — which they then tried to charge me $2,000 for, even though it was built as part of my paid contract. I ended up having to hire someone else to build a new one.

I also paid BrandRep to build a website, and the one they delivered was so poorly done, it was unusable. I ended up spending another $5,000 on a professional web developer to create a functional and well-designed site from scratch.

When I removed BrandRep’s access to my Google Ads account, I found that they had completely butchered my campaigns — keywords were scrambled, ad groups were a mess, and the structure made no sense. It looked like it had been intentionally sabotaged. I had to spend several thousand more to have everything corrected and properly rebuilt.

To top it off, the address listed for their business is non-existent, and after doing more research, I discovered I’m not the only one who has had this kind of experience with them.

In my opinion, BrandRep is not transparent, not professional, and not worth the risk. Do your due diligence before signing anything — working with them cost me much more than just money.

We got very few leads for the money spent and when we cancelled and advised our business was going to be closing by a specific date they convienently failed not to cancel our autopay. They refused to refund us the annual fee... Apparently they dont relay information from one department to another or transfer us and we were apparently suppose to just know we had to then also inform a seperate billing department

Fired this company after finding they haven't been doing what they're were paid for year after year. Rankings dropped severely, not even in the top 100. Confirmed multiple times that auto billing was turned off. This morning 3am, fraud alerts from the bank. BrandRep attempted to steal my money again. Alleged computer glich. They now reply with lies. I was at the bank today. I can bring receipts.

I have not had even one customer from my website yet
after many years. How can you connect me to be seen by people who are looking. My website address is good for people who know and type it in and not for customers looking in google searching.

Surveying is still not a service that is doing much business by a website presence. Although I may be getting a few jobs through the site, being findable may be worth more than I know. I get most of my business from loyal contractors.

I have been with BrandRep since 2018. BrandRep's customer service is Bar None. I can call anytime and you always get great service and a friendly voice. I cannot imagine going anywhere else, BrandRep is that good.
