Poor quality and refunds take ages
Ordered some crocs but they were faulty.. returned and ordered another pair only they were the same. I wonder if they sell seconds or something as I’ve had several pairs of crocs before and never had any issues when purchasing elsewhere.
Takes ages to get a refund as well (one pair has been confirmed a refund - still waiting for it to arrive).
Won’t purchase from them again.
I’ve used this company twice both times…
I’ve used this company twice both times I had issues one time the first order turned up and the order was too small so I’ve tried to return it. They haven’t even bothered to return an email. They keep pretending I have an emailed them but they’re replying to my email. The second issue was they sent me a really nice pair of dune flip-flops and the little diamonds are all discoloured. They are faulty. I asked for a return information and they keep offering deals like there some sort of backstreet gangster instead of responding to me with actual information of how to return the item. I don’t wanna keep an item I won’t wear but here they are offering me deals 30% off if I keep it instead of just sending me the information to send them back. I’ve now replied to them five or six times and I haven’t even had a response other than they’re pretending like they have not got a response from me they are literally replying back to my messages as if I’m not even messaging them on email. Terrible company for returns I wouldn’t use them again because of it brilliant prices. But you gotta take the chance and if they actually fit or are going to be okay because sending them back is literally like running around the Earth 10,000 times.

Really disappointing experience. I ordered two pairs of crocs for my children. One of the pairs which arrived was an infant size 5, rather than a normal size 5 as I had anticipated. I double checked the website, and as I suspected the size 5 I ordered was not labelled as an 'infant' size. I would have absolutely no way of knowing that what I ordered wasn't actually an ordinary size 5. I am aware that Brantano doesn't offer free returns unless there is a fault. However, given the sizes were mis-labelled on the website I hoped that this would qualify for a free return. They didn't even bother to respond to my email.
Trainers received were not a women’s size 8uk trainers
Bought women’s size 8uk trainers, they are more like a size 10 and men’s wide, sent picture in to prove they weren’t a women’s size 8uk against a well known brand, for them to say I have to pay to return them and as tracked. Very poor customer service I won’t be purchasing from them again. Couldn’t even return them to a store or try them on in a store as they are all closed, lesson learnt, I won’t be purchasing from the again.

Disappointing experience
I had a really disappointing experience with this company.
I received a pair of shoes that were clearly faulty – both had visible scratches and stains, and the overall quality was poor and not as described. I contacted customer service straight away, provided photos, and requested a return and full refund.
It has now been nearly two weeks and I haven’t received any response at all. Completely unacceptable.
At this point, I am left with faulty goods and no support from the company. Very poor customer service and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them based on my experience.

I am a Sketchers customer but usually buy from a proper high St shop,this time on line what a disaster my size is UK10 the shoes you sent did not fit in length or width in fact shoes were 30mm short length wise after a few messages for help to speak to a human I was totally ignored and it has cost me two deliveries which you refuse to refund your shoes are obviously seconds or possibly fakes I would advise any one not to touch your company with a barge pole

Absolutely outstanding service, I ordered 3 pairs of shoes Sunday afternoon and came back from work yesterday to find them delivered! I didn't have to pay for delivery either and they used parcel force which I've found more reliable than other delivery companies, keep up the good work will definitely use the online service again 👍

Ordered a pair of Skechers for work on next day delivery, Royal Mail used the inaccessible property excuse, which was of course was untrue & so Brantano because of this would not issue a refund. Poor customer service considering my contract was with them not Royal Mail!

Just purchased two pairs of sketchers…
Just purchased two pairs of sketchers prices exceptional vast variety wouldn’t shop anywhere else after finding Brantano. Prompt delivery using Royal Mail you know they won’t just be thrown on the doorstep. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
Quality and comfort
What was important to me was that I got both the quality as well as the comfort from the shoes I purchased. This was definitely achieved.

Ordered a white pair of Skecher BOB trainers received cream trainers. The pictures also showed white trainers not cream. Complained to Brantano this is their reply:
We understand your concern regarding the colour difference between the item you received and how it appeared on your screen. While we do our best to display our products as accurately as possible, please note that colours can vary depending on individual screen settings, lighting conditions, and display types.
White is white cream is cream nothing to do with shading or pc lighting. So be warned you may not get what you thought you were going to get. I will not ever buy from this cowboy company again. Customer service is rubbish

What a serviced an issue which was dealt with in a short time. In this day and age the response was way above what you would expect to receive. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future
