Service and MOT carried out on time, pleasant experience, no queuing, no waiting, no hassle. Asked if possible car to be ready by 1pm, was all done by 12.30. Nice wash and vacuum too.

I came in for mot at 8-45 and didn’t get my car back until 1pm I think a booking system with definite times so you can work out your own schedule.

Consistently outstanding service!
The entire process, as ever was so efficient, informative and I was kept fully in the loop. I was beyond impressed, that the Technicians discovered a dangerous bulge in the front nearside tyre - almost certainly from a pothole - which saw the tyre replaced with a fresh Michelin. Furthermore, the dealer even washed & vacuumed my car! Thus, the 5 stars are well deserved. Furthermore, I am most grateful to Lee Emmett for the service/MOT and Andy Parkes, who checked the suspension in August following a pothole strike. Review from David

Quick resolution of issue
Been long term customer of Brayleys and previously Crown in Bushey. Went in midday with an issue.
Available mechanic quickly identified the matter and Service checked and assigned a mechanic to do the repair straight away. All done in an hour. May have had job fixed bit cheaper elsewhere, but immediate efficient resolution made me go with Brayleys.

Using online documents could be awkward at times but Brayleys are obviously used to older customers who need more assistance!!
Personal service can never be replaced by AI answering calls! Well done Brayleys for not capitulating to this trend!

As a loyal Honda driver for 35…
As a loyal Honda driver for 35 years—with 3 CR-Vs currently in our family—I’ve used Crown Honda Bushey for a long time. Over the last two to three years, I noticed a decline in the extra customer perks that kept us coming back, like complimentary car washes and MOT service discounts. It honestly had me considering switching garages or changing brands altogether.
However, my visit two days ago was a complete turnaround. I raised these points with the team, and they listened! My car received a great wash after its MOT, and I was thrilled to learn they are starting to bring back customer perks from September. The service was quick and smooth because I know the staff so well—huge thanks to Michael, Lee, and Christina for being so friendly and helpful.
This positive shift gave me enough confidence that I’m now planning to upgrade to the new CR-V! I really hope they continue bringing back the full MOT discounts and service promotions, as it makes staying with Honda an easy choice. Highly recommended!

Great Service
Great Service. Took my Civic in for first MOT and annual service at 8pm. It was ready just after 1pm. My car was washed and valeted. The service desk staff was amiable, acted promptly and was attentive.
