Brayleys Cars - Brayley Honda Bushey Avis 

Very efficient staff. Explained everything regarding the work undertaken and kept me informed about the progress.

My car was collected and driven to Bushy for service and MOT. I was contacted about two issues, agreed for them to be fixed and the car was returned later.

Our service manager was very helpful and experienced. My only complaint is that the car does not get cleaned anymore after servicing.

I having been buying Honda’s for many years. I love the product but as important, was the way Crown Honda treated me as a valued customer. The gentleman that sold me my new car was really great. However, a few cuts that Brayleys have put in place, I found rather disappointing.

I recently received a call from the call centre about booking my car in, and the experience was far from pleasant. The agent didn’t listen when I explained that I already had a service plan, and instead spoke over me with a rude, dismissive tone. Her attitude felt very much like “do it or lose it,” insisting that if my MOT wasn’t done immediately, I would be breaking the law and my warranty would be void. She also quoted £60 for the MOT, which didn’t sound right.

I was then transferred to the branch, where I spoke to my regular service manager. He apologised straight away for the misinformation and confirmed the correct price was £45. I booked the car in and explained the issues I’d been having, and he assured me everything had been noted.

On the day, check‑in was smooth. I received a call early afternoon saying the car was ready. After paying, I was told I’d be contacted again once the required part arrives so it can be booked back in.

My partner is currently waiting in reception (Watford/Bushey)after having pre-booked a service and dropped of circa 09:00. She isn’t being kept up to date and has been informed a tyre she purchased there as a set just last year is bulging and needs replacing, and that the air-con needs “extras” which her service charge doesn’t cover. An old Jazz and a plus £500 bill;; No car wash (a tree is planted!) how does that help, the car needs washing so no help at all to the ‘world’. BTW they don’t phone you with the news and ask if you wish to go ahead, they send a text!!!

As usual, my car was serviced in a very timely manner, with excellent professionalism and courtesy from Brayleys staff.

The servicing department kept me informed of what was needed for my car and gave me the option to proceed with their recommendations or not. Customer service was excellent, staff were friendly and professional and I felt valued.

I have always had excellent experience from this garage, whether buying a car or having it serviced.

The service department were efficient and professional as always. However, I was extremely disappointed that Brayleys have decided to stop valet cleaning the car after an annual service. It seems that since Brayleys took over from Crown there have been several cutbacks, i.e no newspapers or biscuits in the waiting area, but this is by far the worst and as a long standing customer who has bought several cars from there, I find it distastful and insulting to our loyalty.

Service advisor was excellent. However I was extremely disappointed that when our car was brought back to us it had not been washed or hoovered.We were told Brayleys had stopped doing this. Having been in the motor trade since leaving school I have never seen this. To me it is a backward step and most people will be dissatisfied with this decision. It is not right to give the car back dirty. In my opinion it is part of the service.

The actual service and mot was fine. Lee was very helpfu and did a good job.. Also Nevill who picket up our car and delivered it back was helpful and professional.
I have a couple of problems, it costs a lot for this service, I was told on booking that as I was a long standing client of over 20 years that I would not pay this charge. I did, and it was over £40.
Also Brayleys now do not wash and vac the car as they used to when it was Crown Honda.
So I was not very happy.

Brayleys we're exceptionally good. Efficient, and Michael was very easy and pleasant to deal with.
The car was ready at the agreed time.
