Service booked easily and after drop off kept informed of work needed and price . Staff very helpful

Took car for 5 yr service and MOT in morning. Seemed well organised and was sent video by car technician to show condition of suspension and tyres which was a nice touch. Car ready for collection mid afternoon. Excellent service.

I was texted to say that my front off side tyre critically needed changing at a cost of £111. I knew this was incorrect as the vehicle had passed it's MOT the week before. I declined to have it changed knowing it was not necessary. When I collected the vehicle the customer service op said all was fine. He did not mention the tyre. Was this a ploy to get me to spend money un-necessarily? Also I wanted the chime sound when getting into the vehicle checked. This was not done. I do not like having text messages sent I want a staff member to ring me if there is a potential problem. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful when checking in the vehicle.

Fitted my service in a day early.
Kept me informed throughout.
Let me know my vehicle was ready for collection promptly.

Very diffuclt to get hold of them on the phone for a update though .. I underatnd they are busy but I called three times and no asnwer !

Had a service and MOT which was carried out efficiently and the service section staff were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Also had a good discussion with the sales supervisor who was particularly helpful pleasant and knowledgeable. he was able to give good advice and options and eventually we agreed on an exchange for another car. all staff are helpful and personable and made the whole visit and enjoyable occasion.

My car was picked up a time specified. I was contacted about some additional work and car was returned promptly. My only disappointment is that you no longer
clean the car before its return. As a loyal customer unable to clean the car myself I valued this little extra care.

Everyone was very polite. I had booked my service as a while you wait, which they did and it didn’t seem to take too long. Very pleased.

Staff were polite and efficient as normal. Issue was Bayleys have tried to limit the service (cleaning the car) for environmental reasons. Be honest and admit you are simply cutting costs.
