Staff were really friendly and happy to chat about new models and features.
I stayed in the waiting area while they did the MOT - it was clean and comfortable; great coffee; TV was on.
They’re so kind to my little doggie.

MOT/Service
Brought my car in for a scheduled same day MOT and service. It was easy to book ahead on the phone. Expected costs were given ahead of time at booking, then on the day additional potential costs were explained at drop off depending on findings once the car is in (10 year service so apparently some pieces may need changing depending on wear and tear). Car was done same day, in the end no additional charges beyond MOT/Service charges as the car mileage did not justify them yet.

Annual Honda car service/MOT arrangements/collection/delivery back undertaken free of hassle and as promised.
Very pleased with service.
Marked down one star as normally included wash/valet has been discontinued using the excuse that they are 'helping the environment by saving water'!!
So now I'll have to use water from someone else!

As part of our sustainability initiative, we’ve removed the traditional wash and vac that used to accompany a service or MOT as part of our commitment to a more environmentally responsible approach. In place of each wash and vac, we now partner with Ecologi to plant a tree instead. It’s a small change, but one that supports a wider environmental commitment. Very friendly and professional service
Very friendly and professional service. They quoted 3 hours for the service which actually completed in 2.5 hours. Was also impressed with a video of my cars health check.

Easy to book service & mot.
Staff very friendly when checking car in & kept updated via text/e.mail of progress. Was sent video of cars health check by mechanic along with cost breakdown with the option to choose any extra work that was highlighted if I so desired all at click of a button.
Then texted to say car was ready to be collected.
Excellent.

Reasonably easy to book the service …
Reasonably easy to book the service online, but the date I wanted was not available. One of the staff from their call centre/help desk booked the next convenient date. There was confusiion as to what was required; they booked the car for annual service and MOT even though the car was only 2 years old.

Vehicle collected and returned on time
Vehicle collected and returned on time. Phone call to discuss items that needed attention. Video sent which was interesting of car in workshop. Disappointed car wasn’t valeted as in the past, always been a treat, perhaps that facility has now been withdrawn

Horror show
Booked my car in over the phone and explained the issue I was having, checked the car in online night before. Then once they done a health check on the car they advised me I needed about eight hundred pounds of work. But they didn’t even look at the problem.
