Our Managing Director, Paul Brayley, started work as an apprentice automobile technician at the age of 16. He progressed through the ranks, gaining experience at all levels over his 44-year career, and founded Brayleys in 2003. Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. Paul strongly believes in bringing family values to the workplace, and Brayleys offers a friendly, caring, responsible and respectful service to all customers, enabling them to trust us with their motoring needs time and again. It was good experience but…
It was good experience. I am not giving 5* as the ZRV we bought does not have blind spot indicator, and it seems this is the case for cars manufactured during specific period. This info was not told to us before buying and we realized later on. A bit disappointing

I was very satisfied with my recent dealings with Brayleys Honda at Hendon for my recent new car purchase.
The whole process from test driving to the actual purchase was a pleasant experience and under no pressure.
The sales person who dealt with me - Ibs Alom was most friendly, very knowledgeable about every aspect of the vehicle and a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent Sales service from Madelina
We were recommended one of the sales team (Madelina) at Brayley Honda Hendon by in-laws. Madelina was simply incredible. She was clear, informative, helpful and completely attentive to our needs and questions. From the test drive through to purchase, Madelina helped us through the whole process of buying a new car and communication in person and by email was excellent. We cannot recommend her enough! Although we didn't have much interaction with the rest of the team, they were all polite, friendly and helpful too.

I recently had my Honda serviced and for the first time, (after about 10 years & 4 Hondas from Honda Hendon) I was told that my car would not be cleaned prior to return. A minor point but indicative of today's universal downgrading of customer service.

Disappointed that the wash and vacuum has been dropped, despite being included in the service plan agreement that was offered last year.

As part of our sustainability initiative, we’ve removed the traditional wash and vac that used to accompany a service or MOT as part of our commitment to a more environmentally responsible approach. In place of each wash and vac, we now partner with Ecologi to plant a tree instead. It’s a small change, but one that supports a wider environmental commitment.
