Needless to say, Paul knows the automotive industry inside out, and it’s his dynamic energy and no-compromise approach to customer focus that has enabled Brayleys to expand from its humble beginnings to the successful business of today. First car purchase.
My 20 year old son bought his first car (a very low mileage 2018 VW Polo) from Brayleys Hendon. The car had some minor cosmetic issues when we visited (scuffed wheels and a couple of minor scratches) which were addressed as part the of the deal and without issue. At late notice, I requested a full 12 months MOT and again this was done without issue. The car was immaculately presented on collection day and had half a tank of fuel! Thanks to Richard and Reiss for helping make this purchase so easy. The car also comes with a comprehensive warranty and breakdown assistance, which is very reassuring. Very impressive!

No one bothered to phone me
I left my car last week at 9am at the Hendon branch for a recall repair which I was told would take at the most 5 hrs. I phoned at 2 pm, 3pm and 4pm to see if it was ready, and each time it was to the answerphone which told us to 'leave a message and we'll get back to you.' NO ONE DID! At 4.30 I took a taxi and found my car all ready on the forecourt. When I asked at the service desk why I hadn't been contacted when it was ready, he looked blank and then gave me the lame excuse that they couldn't receive phone calls from the repair dept. If this was true, which would be unbelievable, surely customers should have been phoned when it was ready and also supplied with a contact number!

Had a very good recent experience with Brayley Honda Hendon due to excellent service provided by Hardik Parikh, Service Advisor. Also had similar experience with him in March 2025. He kept me updated and was very helpful and ensured that all the issues are sorted out.
