Maria was great looking after me and my Honda Jazz. She updated to me while the car was having the MOT on all issues like I was in the garage with my car. She was also considerate and gave me an office to wait in so I can work on my laptop.

The service was of a high standard as was the aftercare, as Maria looked after myself and my Honda. Thanks!

I've been coming to Brayley Honda Ruislip now for 10 years. The customer service I received on this occasion was nothing short of outstanding.
The service advisor that was dealing with me (Maria), went through everything that would be done on the day. A walk round video of the car was made to record any damage etc, an excellent addition for peace of mind.
She also mentioned that my car would receive a courtesy 20 min wash before the service. I left the car to be picked up later that day.

A health check video and report was sent to me within a few hours, after which Maria called me and ran through what needed doing. She was very professional and thorough.
When I went to collect my car, Maria took payment and went through some price of parts that I had requested. She then asked for my service book to stamp, which I had forgotten, but assured me it would get stamped if I popped in whenever convenient.

All in all, a very pleasant visit to Brayley Honda Ruislip. I look forward to my service next year. Keep up the good work Maria.

Had service and MOT on my Jazz. Used Honda Ruislip for many years.
Sad that they have stopped the collection/drop off service…..they now charge £50 for this!
Was very shocked when they wanted to charge nearly £250 to replace the spark plugs - obviously I declined.

I have given the Service Department 5 stars. This was my 1st year service. The service was excellent. Everyone in the service department was very helpful. But they parked my car in a position that caused me to scrap the passengers side. The damage will now need to be repaired.

I took my car in at Brayley Honda Ruislip for Service & MOT early in the morning and Preet Shah who dealt with me was very friendly, he answered all my queries and handed back my car at its earliest as requested.
My car was completed very quickly and it was handed back to me midday and it was even vacuumed and washed which i was very happy about it, as i was told over the phone when booking in my service that they have stopped doing the car wash, but now i am glad that they have brought it back, even though the vacuum and wash was only 20minutes but it was better than not having it cleaned after a service and driving it out of a show room. My friend who got their car serviced and MOT 3 months ago didn't get their car washed as Honda said they have stopped it and she was very upset and jealous that i had it.
When i got home i checked my service book and noticed that they have forgotten to stamp and date my service book so i contacted them straight away, they apologised and told me that i can just pop in anytime when i am nearby to get it stamped. I asked if i can get it stamped on my next service as i don't live locally and they said that it was fine as they have the record of it.
So only slight issue of forgetting the stamp on the service book but overall it was a good experience.

MOT and service all done.

I have a two year service plan. I am over 80 so it is very helpful to have my car collected and returned, very clean, after my annual service and MOT. The service department contacted me prior to collection, kept me well informed about progress during to day and kept me informed as to when the car would be returned.
