Bought a new Stonic via Oliver in sales , helped me from start to finish the whole process was brilliant and would highly recommend to friends and family

Service is good but reception area could be visitor friendly i.e. people travelling long distances could work there for few hours. Staff is supper friendly

First year's service, very pleased with reminder e-mails and messages in advance of making an appointment. Staff always friendly and welcoming, facilities in waiting areas comfortable. Had to wait for 'signing out' completion documents a bit longer than expected, but could see they were having a very busy day on the service desk, so did not mind too much.

From when you walk through the door to reception looking in desk come across very good I would give hundred percent for this and for collecting the car and our clinic come back and the work was carried out much better than any other Kia dealership they’ve done this car before would recommend to anyone

Excellent experience from the moment we walked into the showroom.
Jordan talked us through the options that suited our needs within budget. We had lots of questions and both verbal and written Communication was excellent so we knew exactly what we were buying and the costs involved. Test driving was no issue. At no point did we ever feel pressured to do anything.
We can highly recommend Bradley and in particular Jordan.

5 stars for Brayleys and no stars for KIA. I booked my 2021 Kia Niro for update to my sat nav. I waited while the work was done or in this case not done. after about one hour i was told that after trying 4 or 5 times they could not make it work. They did not know how I could get the sat nav updated. They have not been provided with the appropriate software updates by KIA although a further update is expected in June/July. The service people were very nice but this is ridiculous. my car is only 4.5 years old and i cannot get my sat nav updated??? so disappointed - up till now everything about KIA has been very good.

Hi I have been a customer at Kia Brayleys for many years, and have always had the best service and information provided to me, I have dealt with Herman DSouza now on 2 occasions for purchasing new cars and I must say it was an excellent experience on both occasions,I give Herman 5 star and above rating, very polite and helpful answered all my questions a very nice gentleman would highly recommend,he puts you at ease and also has a great sense of humour too, was an absolute pleasure again with Herman.
I also know all of the staff there including Jake and George and all Service team and they are all a pleasure to deal with, i personally would not go anywere else to buy my cars, Brayley Kia thank you all so much what a great bunch of people you all are highly recommend all of you.

Just bought my 4th Kia from Brayley. Dunstable and as usual, a simple and pleasant experience. Salesman Peter was our contact throughout the purchase, answering all the usual customer questions while being very amiable and not "pushy" at all. Would definitely recommend Brayley, so much better than previous main dealers that I have bought from.

What a first time experience of purchasing a car on my own!! From start to finish everything was spot on with the smallest detail to the final purchase of the car! This is my second Kia and the service I’ve experienced from this particular garage: Houghton Regis garage was beyond par! Everyone is polite and they go above and beyond to assist you with the vehicle you want!! Even if you experience something that’s not quite right the manager Jake goes the extra mile and takes the job on personally! Can’t fault the garage excellent leadership! Great company . I always get my MOT and service done by Kia Dunstable. Really friendly and helpful staff from drop off to pick up. They are efficient , friendly and keep you informed as to the progress of the work.
When they do the MOT they check for any other issues minor or major that may need looking at in the future.
I thoroughly recommend them
