Very good
Very good, brought my vehicle in for its third service and decided to wait. It only took around 2 hours and was advised along the way of any other work that might need attention in the future.

The service was functional
The service was functional and did everything I expected. But with previous cars I've experienced added value such a collect and deliver service, a courtesy car or a while you wait service. None of these were offered by Kia. My SatNav has stopped funtioning properly and i asked them to look at upgrading the software. I was told they cant do that!

By way of explanation, as you did not book your vehicle in directly with our branch and booked it in with your contract hire company, we were unable to offer our usual services, as we had no opportunity to speak to you. Had you booked your car directly with us we would have of course said 'Yes' to upgrading your Sat Nav and offer you an array of dealer services. We have taken this up with your contract hire company to avoid this happening again.

I believe that £54.90 for a polllen filter replacement is very expensive. I have taken this up with the manager who explained the situation is set by KIA.
Good customer service is how they deal with issues that arise. This matter has now been resolved to my satisfaction. So five stars.

Kia Stinger 2ltr petrol 2019. 35000 miles from new.
This dealership is a nice place to have your Kia serviced. Staff are very friendly. This service is a 10th service in the shedule and is costly. This one was £893.00. They do a video health check which is sent to you by email. On this was pointed out %80 brake pad wear on both axles. This would most likely be an mot failure. The cost quoted was £197.00 per axle £394.00 total. Genuine Brembo parts for this vehicle can be bought online for this vehicle for around £100.00! The dealership would no doubt get them for less. Not being a complete dummy on car mechanics, but while this is on the lift with wheels off would be a very easy fix replacement. Add this to the bill and you have a very costly service. so not a happy bunny and will be getting this done by an independent.

From my initial interest in an electric vehicle to my ultimate decision to have a new Kia EV3 Air car I was very impressed with Brayleys overall service.

Great service at Dunstable
I recently had occasion to visit the Dunstable Dealership as I had a problem with my Kia Niro which I could not solve myself.
Georgie (Service Department) was friendly, professional and determined to help me. She understood the issue and my anxiety and put me at ease.
Unfortunately, a member of the Sales team was unable to help me and could not assure me that my car was safe to drive.
Georgie then arranged for Dylan (a technician) to look and he quickly and sympathetically sorted out my issue.

A gift that's keeing me safe
I have a Picanto still under warranty, but the visual display unit was playing up and that was out of guarantee. The team at Dunstable Kia arranged for me to have a replacement unit, I just had to pay for the fitting. The difference is amazing. The unit is no longer a dangerous distraction and I can see where the car is in relation to the roads. It is much safer for me, and much more useful. Thank you Dunstable Kia.
