Located my part quickly, bonus of being a sensible price.

I was able to pick the part up a as I was in the area at the time of ordering. The staff were very accomodating and friendly and the part was fitted there and then. Just what I wanted. The part was in very good condition and I was able to drive away in my car legally. The part was a broken headlight unit which was fully intact including all bulbs. Perfect. Great value for money.

Breaker link do not provide any buyer protection or even customer service unlike other marketplace companies. I had a situation where 1 out of the 2 items I ordered did not arrive and it has been extremely difficult to reach the vendor and there was no support available from breakerlink. I think you owe your customers a greater duty of care. It has taken almost a week of contacting the breaker by email phone and via the messaging app to get a response and they have now issued the refund for the part.

Quote received in 24 hours, updates from supplier chosen and fast and efficient delivery. Love the fact I can also use PayPal. Won’t go anywhere else again for my car needs. Thank you for such great service.
