I had a quick response to my enquiry, spoke with Nathan on the phone, he was courteous and knowledgeable in dealing with my requirement, the correct part supplied for a reasonable price, with prompt delivery of the item, well packed and in good condition.
I don’t really want to have anything else go wrong with my car, but if it does, I will know that I have a good contact to rely on in Prestige Allparts. Very satisfied customer here. Cheers, Paul.

Not used this facility very often but well impressed.

Have used Parts Gateway four times now for locating second hand parts for different cars and every time they have connected me with companies that have the part I needed and supplied me with quotes, so then all I had to do is choose the one I want to go with and order the part. All the parts I have ordered have arrived promptly, well packaged and at a fraction of Main dealer or aftermarket suppliers prices. Fantastic site for sourcing secondhand parts . Highly recommend

Parts Gateway is an excellent platform through which to source and purchase car parts.
The 2 companies I used via PG (to source and buy a 2010 Corsa door and wing) gave excellent service and both had good couriers, delivering with tracking as promised.
Would recommend Parts Gateway.

Don’t post parts until 8 days after order. Told them needed sooner and was going to collect. Was advised they post same day or next. 8 days is a joke. Surely they know that people need the parts more urgently

Entered car and part details, quickly got 2 responses, but having paid a lot of money for a part which ended up being wrong; I'm chasing a refund having returned the part in person. I've emailed PartsGateway twice and had no response yet. No phone number to ring.

I ordered a bumper on Friday, with 1st Choice Car Spares Ltd. But on Sunday, it was still advertised for sale on both the company's website and eBay.
I called on Monday and was told there were no issues and that I would receive it by Wednesday or Thursday. I called again on Wednesday morning and was once again assured that everything was fine and that I would receive the tracking information shortly.
However, at 5:00 pm that same day, I received a call informing me that they had sold the item to someone else. I was told a full refund would be issued within 2–3 days, which has now been received.
This was a very disappointing experience. Poor communication and selling an item that had already been sold is unacceptable. I definitely won't be using this company again.

As far as I am concerned this service is excellent. I've tried others but they come nowhere near this organisation. I had almost instant responses, quality and great delivery time. I would not hesitate to recommend them. The price was excellent.
