Order was placed online for collection…
Order was placed online for collection at Alton Branch. When I collected only part of the order was ready. I asked to take the paint that happened to be on display infront of the till and was told I had to wait for them to check. Not the usual good service I normally receive (I typically use the haslemere branch)

Brewers Alton are fantastic
Brewers Alton are fantastic. Lovely, knowledgeable staff who always have time for a chat when it’s not too busy. Great selection of top end paints, too.

It was good to be able to order a product that was not available off the shelf and have it available for collection locally. The bit that didn't work so well was being informed that it had got to store. I was told that it would be by text and email, but I saw neither.

If they havent got it, they get it for you, why would you go anywhere else?
Brewers are always so helpful and knowledgable and straight talking. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my decorating supplies. They are excellent and also lovely people.

Super quick service
I ordered a Dulux mixed trade paint online and after only 5 mins my local Brewers called to say it was ready to be collected! Incredible! 🙌🏻

Great service and product knowledge
We placed several orders online for click and collect. The goods were ready for collection within hours and the staff were onsite to assist. Also their comprehensive knowledge of their products was invaluable. Helpful and friendly service
