Brewers are always efficient for the F&B paints we need and having a local branch always makes things 10x easier. I can't recommend them enough.

Simple order process, always manage to find what I need. However I don’t get a text to let me know the order was in and had to telephone to check. Would still order from brewers in future though.

Excellent experience
Easy to order the product on-line. Order confirmed with an immediate email followed by a text to confirm it was ready to be picked up. Order was ready in store for me to pick up. Very smooth and easy process.

Black mould finally gone
I am not a trade customer but have used Brewers in Ashford Kent for a while now as the service and knowledge of the staff is first class. I had a problem with a patch of black mould on my ceiling and nothing from the usual DIY store covered it for long. Decided to try Brewers Ashford as it's close to me. Nick and Suzy were in store that day they advised using HG mould spray to kill the mould. Said that it was a bit smelly to use. Then to cover with Zinsser cover stain to seal the area then finally to use perma white paint on top.
It worked a treat. You would never know that the ceiling had black mould before

I ordered 3 rolls of wallpaper from Brewers to pick up from store. About 5 days after ordering they phoned to say it’s ready to collect. I have a terminal illness and was having a bad turn when they called and said that my husband will come and collect when he can. About 2 weeks went by and a very nice lady from Brewers called to say that they could drop it off if we wanted. We were trying to arrange this but it was difficult as I have to go to hospital every day for treatment. We ended up collecting it as it was easier - the rolls were perfect and I cannot wait for it to go on the wall.
The shop staff were very friendly too.
10 out of 10 to Brewers.

Surprised service
