I collected my paint which was exactly as specified. The service was friendly and efficient. I had no problems at all, and was very pleased.

I made a mistake with the order and everyone at the store and also at head office bent over backwards to make sure that we got the right products in time for the dates we needed. Excellent service!

Purchased 5 litres Zinsser exterior allcoat @£108 website shows in stock and available for next day delivery, totally inaccurate on both counts! Finally got my paint over a week later after chasing the branch at least three times! I’d booked time off work to do the job more annoyingly Amazing paint! Shame about the misleading claims on the website!

Ordered on 27/04 and still waiting for delivery 25/05 with no indication of any imminent action. To make things worse I was charged nearly £9 for delivery.

l purchased a Mirka sander from this company, which I yet to use. but I was very happy with this company as it was honest with delivery date will be purchase items from them again.

I am a Brewers account holder. Simple order placed on the Web for delivery - which was promised for around 1 week later. No delivery or communication after 1 month. Four attempts to contact the branch resulted in no response. Finally spoke to a staff member who will investigate next week.
Note that an equivalent order placed for collection in Trowbridge was fulfilled in a very fast 3 days1

Over a week for deliveries of basic items to arrive - which makes it impossible to rely on Brewers to deliver products for me to run my decorating business, and Tool Station is much keener on prices.

I ordered two pots of paint for collection from my local Brewers. The day before it was due in there was a knock on the door - the paint was delivered to me. Excellent service and will definitely use again.

Quick and easy. Good communication, however the email I received that said my paper had arrived at the Bristol store and was ready for collection really confused me, as I’d arrange for delivery and live a long way from Bristol. A quick phone call and chat with a very nice young man who explained it was a standard email and was due to go out for delivery.

Ordered some wallpaper online, made the mistake of not getting a sample. When I collected from the shop the pattern was much larger than I thought it would be and I didn't like it. Initially I was told I wouldn't be able to return the two unopened rolls but after coming back to shop and speaking to someone else, I could return but had to pay a transport and handling charge. So I got my money back but minus about 30% of original cost, fair enough to pay for transport that was only about five pound. But the handling charge was extortionate. It should be made clear at point of ordering online that you can't return with out penalty. Will not use Brewers again.
