Never an issue or disappointment in the products and services provided. Easily navigable website, exceptionally helpful and friendly staff once the order is placed and really good communication that ensures smooth notification in the delivery/collection of materials. I ordered 4 tins of Osmo paint and was…
I ordered 4 tins of Osmo paint and was told that it would be with me in 8 working days. When the 8 days were up, I emailed chasing delivery. I was put through to Brewers in Liverpool, I spoke to Helen, who was absolutely amazing! Although my delivery was a few days late, Helen did all she could to track down my order and get it to me promptly. I can’t praise Helen enough for her efforts and how friendly she was, definitely a credit to Brewers Liverpool.

There seems to be a disconnect between your website ( HQ?) which took my money and your collect notification (branch?) which didn’t bother to text when collection was available.
Looks like you want our money, but have no desire to deliver. Doesn’t look like a customer focussed organisation?
