Zinssers Bullseye 123, great barrier paint to prevent staining and mould.

Mixed to order special paints were made up and ready to collect the following day at my local Brewers branch

Very helpful staff, I called about a paint colour i couldn’t find on the website / the staff member told me exactly how to place the order and he sorted out the correct colour for me, paint was delivered the next day. Excellent customer service!

Purchased 4 rolls of wallpaper - played it safe. Find out this weekend there is a minimum 3 roll return. Never knew this when ordering so very disappointed.
The two stars relates to this. The wallpaper itself is lovely and looks great as a feature wall.

Always had profesional service from the experienced staff over the years of painting houses. Today I had the younger guy with long hair in the STA branch who was extremely rude after he mixed me the wrong paint, he kept saying I asked for the wrong paint... He also kept trying to force me to pay for it because "he's mixed it now" at this point I said I'm not paying for your mistake and walked out whilst he gave me a load of lip infront of another customer... Will never be returning to Brewers thanks to this lad 👍

Purchased a mirka deros; fantastic tool but normally really expensive everywhere else; fortunately it was over £120 cheaper than dulux decorating centre and haven’t found it cheaper anywhere else. Great communication from brewers. Would definitely recommend.

I have been very generous with regards to the St Albans store, it's always very difficult to get any reasonable service, but the last time which was why you are asking for it was good and the items were ready for collection as asked.
The time before it was a nightmare and i sent my driver to the colindale branch as it was quicker and much easier to get what we wanted.
Recently used the web site to order some Synthaprufe which never arrived at the branch after 10 days so purchased 7 tins from another company.
I have to say we now only use Brewers as a stop gap if we cannot readily get the goods elsewhere. Such a shame used to be a great branch.
