Brewhouse & Kitchen Avis 

A fantastic and memorable day and great value. Learnt a lot about the brewing process with Ian in Dorchester who was super friendly and knowledgeable. A great array of beers to try plus lovely breakfast and lunch and a keg each of our favourite beer to take home.

This was our first experience of Brewhouse Gloucester. It’s a great place with friendly helpful staff and smashing food. Our server Jojo was fantastic. Will definitely be going back!

Booked a table to watch Ladies World Cup knowing we could also order food. Match was at 11am and we were told food available from 12. Sunday lunch was cheap but disappointing. Vegetables were under cooked, took a knife to cut them. No broccoli just the stalk. Beef overcooked and chewy. Only 2 small potatoes. Yorkshire puddings were of the frozen type and not as we had experienced before in this bar. Service very lacking due to poor staff training. Very disappointed. They also didn’t ask if I had any allergies. Luckily I’m just Lactose Intolerant so took a Lactase tablet to counteract any possible symptoms

Darius, does an immaculate job in customer service. Absolute pleasure, will come back just for him.

We as a large family went to this pub for a birthday meal. I must say the service and food was amazing, portion sizes great.
My only reason for a review of 3 stars is the bill at the end. £10 service charge added.
I checked the menu and it said a customer discretion service charge 10% of your bill? Come on this is a forced tip. It should be down to us the customers if we wish to tip or not which we was going to do to our server, but not after that. This is not right and a forced tip should not be put onto the bill it should be optional.
While we was eating we were making plans to go back for the next birthday in August which would’ve been 15 of us. Now we will not because of this forced tip.
This is wrong on many levels.

We had a great dinner, both the food and the service were excellent. Callum and the team were really helpful, they even helped us with serving a surprise birthday cake

We had a whiskey and craft beer tasting last night Marcus was looking after us telling us about the different whiskey and what beer's complement each other

Went on a brewing experience day at Chelmsford Brewhouse and Kitchen with my son, we had a fantastic time with Brewer Rhys, not only did we learn about brewing but also had a great time in the company of Rhys, he was very engaging and made the day special, as a new addition to the Brewhouse chain we were the first customers on the brewing experience, I would highly recommend both the experience and the location, Rhys was a great credit to the company Kev P

Excellent Brewing Experience Day at Brewhouse and Kitchen Horsham with Charlie, very knowledgeable and Excellent communication skills. We had a very enjoyable day. Would recommend Brewhouse and Kitchen Horsham, the whole team were very good.

Sorry I didn’t bring a small child with me as the food is child portions. Riffed off mugged in daylight 😡 sorry i couldn’t load a picture going to get something to eat starving. Cold to boot ☹️

Went to the soft launch at the newly opened Chelmsford branch. Excellent food, beer and staff. Particular mention to our server Max and bar person Fin. What Chelmsford has been crying out for

Just wanted to say what a fantastic time i had attending one of your beer brewing experience days recently (in Nottingham). The day is great value for money: including breakfast, lunch, sampling locally brewed ales & a 5L keg to take home afterwards.

I was the only one on the course that day, which suited me down to the ground as i'm a budding homebrewer & had 1001 questions to ask! :) My instructor (Clydis i think was his name?) is a very friendly host & extremely knowledgable. His passion for brewing really shone out, and he was more than happy to answer all my questions, along with imparting plenty of valueable advice in general. As someone interested in learning more about brewing i really appreciated him sharing his know-how, and allowing me to feel involved in the entire brewing process throughout the day

All in all a great experience, and one i will remember for all the right reasons

Customer service severely lacking. Booked a works Christmas party at a location we had visited several times before and recommended. Due to local lockdown and government rules we had to cancel. No chance to re-arrange due to government rules. Company simply took the cash and would not negotiate. Unfair and treated like dirt. No support from company.

Good choice of beers , brewerd in house ! unfortunately instead of passing that saving on to the punters have cut out the middle man and passed it on to the customer £6.50 a pint !!! Outrageous...

Had a great beer and whiskey paring experience with Hamish definitely worth booking. Had a great night.

Our host at Highbury for the tasting experience, Mo, was great!
