Ordering from the US was the part that gave me pause. Wasn’t sure about customs, timing, any of it. Reached out before ordering and got clear answers. The ring took about two and half weeks to reach me which felt reasonable given the distance. When it arrived I brought it straight to a jeweller here just to have it checked and she said the stone was lovely. I paid significantly less then I would have for anything comparable locally. Happy I went for it.

First time was about four years ago An entrnity band for our anniversary. That experience was good enough that when we decided to upgrade Carols main ring this summer, there was no real debate. Went straight back. Same quality, same reasonable prices same helpful service. The new ring is gorgeous and she gets compliments on it constantly. Some companies you try once and move on. This one we keep coming back to.

I don't write reviews. Ever but I feel like I owe it to the next person. I went back and forth for weeks before ordering. Read everything I could find. Finally pulled the trigger on a cushion cut lab diamond and a simple solitaire setting. From the time I paid to the time it was at my door was less than a week. The ring is perfect. I've already had three people ask me where It's from. Just buy it.

Not an engagement ring situation. Bought a diamond pendant for my mom's 60th birthday. She lost a lot of jewelry years ago in a move and never replaced any of it. Wanted to get her something she'd actually wear and keep. The pendant arrived gift ready, it's genuinely lovely, and she called me crying when she opened it. The price made it possible for me to get her something real instead of something cheap. That meant a lot.

My daughter got engaged and her fiance asked me to help with the ring since he wanted to be involved in choosing it. We spent an afternoon going through the website together, and she fell in love with one of the halo styles. I was the one handling the purchase and I will be honest. I was a little sceptical at first. But the ring showed up, fit perfectly, and she hasn’t taken it off since. Her fiance was relieved. I was relieved. Worth every penny.

The ring I bought came extremely fast, after the payment went thru which only took 24 hrs, it shipped immediately and I got the ring in about 5 days or so. I had to sign for it, so you know it wont just be left on your porch. the Price was the first thing that was excellent, the price beat the appraisal value by a lot! and the ring is so beautiful it looks exactly as I thought it would, the rings really do look exactly like the picture, and I love the customization ability. all in all I would definitely recommend!

I'm a bit disappointed on the lack of response clarifying the details of my diamond before postage ect.

After multiple emails attempting to attain important information, I'm still yet to get a response to my question

Purchased an engagement ring in 2016. Beautiful everything looked great and received an appraisal for about double what we paid. All good. Fast forward 2025- husband wants to upgrade my ring. Go to get ring appraised for trade in and am told from 4 different jewelers ring is worthless it is something called "clarity enhanced" and worth about $800 which is 1/10th what we paid. Devastated obviously, I have attempted to
Reach them and no one picks up the phone do not I repeat do not buy from them

I will remove this review and all the others I'm going to write if they do the right thing.

I had been looking for a diamond ring for quite sometime and couldn’t go past Brillianteers prices. I was a little nervous purchasing from an overseas site but they were very helpful and communicative during the process and the ring was delivered within 2 weeks from placing the order. I have had the ring viewed by a local jeweller when received and he confirmed the diamond quality and even said that he couldn’t see any inclusions in my ring. I am beyond happy and can’t believe the value for money.

Customer service was by far the best experience I’ve had with a retailer in such a long time. The ring was made and shipped on time and once it arrived photos just dont give enough detail. It is perfect!

I was referred to Brillianteers by a friend. I was helping my son shop for a ring for his fiance. I don't know a lot about diamonds but with a little guidance from Google I learned what benchmarks to look for. The one thing I did know was that buying from a chain store in a mall was out of the question. The diamonds are small, poor quality and overpriced. I was looking for a place to shop that wasn't that! And that is exactly what we found a Brillianteers. We got a good quality diamond for a reasonable price. A very easy shopping experience and great customer service. Highly recommended.
