Disgusting , pushy to buy. Beds are rubbish and matteress wow . Never dropped the lattes of the next day like said messaged them to ask for refund and been ignored AVOID AVOID AVOID

Delivered the wrong mattress and would not change it, shit company.

I am not going to slate this company too much because the delivery was quick. I did order a bed with a drawer and on unpacking the bed there was no drawer. Messaged to explain and was told that I would be given £20 off my next order. I don’t want £20 off my next order, I want what I ordered this time.
Not sure if this issue will be rectified looking at previous reviews.

Probably a genuine scam to buy a more expensive bed and deliver a cheaper one.

Scammed my mum, delivered the wrong mattress, the gas lift doesn’t work on the bed. My mum’s tried ringing and texting and no response, although he’s answering sales calls from different numbers. SCAMMER. Karma is real

Beds are cheap and terrible quality. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I arranged for the company to also build the beds. Both my ottoman bed and my sons divan bed were both not assembled properly and the mattresses for both beds were all misshaped and terrible quality! I would advise avoiding this company at all costs. When I tried to reach out on Facebook after being blocked for complaining on WhatsApp they blocked me from their Facebook page also. Please avoid this company! Dont waste your money. May be cheap but the quality is cheap!

Bed arrived damaged (didn’t see till unpacked) and missing a wooden beam.

Funny enough was quick for me to write a review and when I opened to assemble I couldn’t!

No been ignored by calls, WhatsApp, instagram and Facebook.

Do not use this company!!!

To not purchase from this company, they only take cash on delivery so no accountability
When you have missing parts they don’t sort it out
I’m left with a bed we can’t sleep on as I’m blocked as it has no sides
Also the pictures are not the correct beds they are cheap wood frames with materials stapled to the wood

Received my bed yesterday and I’m over the moon. After months of looking, we were recommended this by several people. The bed is sturdy and very comfortable. We chose the gas lifted storage and it’s massive.

I would highly recommend it. The price was fantastic, delivery was super quick, and the mattress quality is excellent. It feels very sturdy and extremely comfortable. The team even brought it into my home, unwrapped it, and placed it in my bedroom, which was a huge help. The service was outstanding.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY… you will not get the bed you ordered AND it comes with missing parts… when you call them to ask they don’t answer but they are happy to text… when I asked for replacements I got ignored… I then asked for my £280 back and got blocked. I am now without a bed for my daughter as it has missing sides to hold it all together! Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY TOTAL CROOKS

These guys are scam…. Firstly, they sell sub standard beds, they don’t have what you order for and bring you what you didn’t order for with the hopes of you taking it like that. And they promise you assembly with someone that has no absolute clue of what they’re doing. They assemble it so bad and leave you without a bed for days cos the bed built broke almost immediately they leave. Then they block you when you contact them regarding sorting the mess out.
They also collect just cash cos they don’t want to take accountability

Have just had a king-size gas ottoman bed delivered this afternoon... The guys who delivered it were outstanding.. They had some difficulty getting it upstairs but persevered until they did. Explained all about the ottoman & how it worked..

Obviously not tried it yet so can't give review on comfort ( but I will).. The bed itself is amazing, fantastic quality with the most comfiest looking mattress.... Is it not bed time yet!?😂

Seriously though if you've not looked at this site, do it.... don't think you'll beat price & quality

Okay. Good for price but communication and customer service poor.
They told me I could pay card confirmed twice then on the day said cash only so that was a mess around. Was supposed to be slat base but got a solid base - not too much of an issue but just not what was agreed. Paid extra for foam mattress - wouldn't recommend the foam mattress it's quite airy not filled much, it's okay and comfortable but I wanted/expected firmer, also no fire label on the mattress so unsure on that. Did message to ask why but no reply.
