Britelite started with John Baxter and Arthur Clacy in the showroom/offices in Lower Stone Street in Maidstone, with two teams of fitters and two administrators. Great company. From start to finish the whole process was easy, informative and professional. I was updated at each stage and I found Geoff very professional. He arrived on time, and once finished he asked me to take a look, test out the windows and answered any questions.

From booking an appointment for a quote to installation everything was top notch. The updates from contract signing was amazing. I was kept informed at each stage of the process as my product was being developed. The delivery was 4 weeks ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend Britelite for windows and doors installation.

Great experience
We recently had new windows fitted by Brightlite and are extremely pleased with the whole experience.
From the initial consultation through to installation, the team was professional, friendly, and helpful. The fitters Geoff and Liam arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy when the job was completed. No hesitation to answer questions or give advice about the windows.
The quality of the windows is excellent and has made a real difference to the appearance of our home. The workmanship was first-class, and every detail was finished to a high standard. People have commented on how good the windows looks.
We would happily recommend Brightlite to anyone looking for new windows and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Passed often between two departments…
Passed often between two departments who managed roof and window installations. Anything slightly out of the ordinary was always greeted with "they'll be an extra charge"
Promised everything and in the end delivered very little apart from the fitter Kris who was very good

The Sales process and product great, delivery needs work
The Sales process was great and the quality of the product is excellent, internal processes need some work. George was super respectful to our situation and very knowledgeable in the recommendations' that he made. However, one of our key requirements was speed as we were in the process of selling the property. We were given an indication that it would take between 3 and 4 weeks once the survey was done for the installation to be completed. The survey was done but took a week for the report to be submitted. It then appears there was then an outstanding query that was not submitted back to the Sales teams efficiently. This resulted in another two week delay and required two calls to customer services to be resolved. Only then did the 3-4 week timeframe kick in resulting in a 6-7 week overall duration after the survey was done.

Great follow up service
The initial window installation was completed on the quoted date to a very good standard. The window (tilt and turn) itself looks good and operates with no issues. The only problem was the interior glass had a scratch that was promptly replaced under the guarantee. Overall very good service.

Great worker by Britelite
Thank you to Andrew and Ryan for fitting my new front door, you were polite and worked very cleanly. You took in to consideration my height when fitting the door furniture which is important to an elderly person. From the sales person to each staff member who helped you were all helpful and kind.
