I had been looking for a particular new Omega watch for some time but didnt want to afford a new one.
I saw what i wanted on their website and made contact. Giuseppe immediately responded and provided a professional service and with all the assurances i needed. It great to deal with such reliable people who do exactly what they promised. My watch when it arrived was ‘as new’ condition and certified.

I bought an £8000 Rolex Milgauss from brothers in time which kept on stopping after a week of constant wear. I was treated like a liar by Giuseppe and not believed. The watch was returned three times and was told there was ‘nothing wrong with the watch’ and ‘we have had it serviced with our watch maker’ and the watch was returned to me with the same results, it kept on stopping. The warranty was not honoured and in the end had to have the watch serviced by Rolex at a cost of £570. Have had no problems since its service with Rolex. Be careful as the warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on!.
