For the amount I paid. The box was very small so each item just looked unpresentable/thrown in the box. Each item could have been individually wrapped considering I paid for the box and wrapping and so it didn’t look pleasing but cheap. I liked the content available (very nice selection of things to add) but the packaging was very very dull. It didn’t look inviting at all.

The gifts arrived promptly and I was told they were lovely

Very satisfied with their service and gifts. I remember getting their first parcel during the pandemic and since I’ve ordered several packages. The latest one was a success again. This time I ordered it from abroad, and again so happy with their website and how I can choose the items myself. Nice products and a very quick delivery. Would highly recommend this online gift delivery.

The miscarriage package was well received. I couldn’t see what was in it as it was sealed so cant comment on the quality.

I love the product choices - sustainable, thoughtful, and unique. However, there were issues with the website as it kept getting stuck or refused to load. The user flow only allows you to add items to a cart from one tab, which means if you open multiple tabs to see items in detail, you have to go back to the original tab, search for the item, and then add it to the cart. I lost cart information several times. Also, many items I wanted were out of stock. On the positive side, shipping and payment processes were really easy and organised.

Helen did an incredible job of pulling together a very last minute order for us which has been very well received by our team.

The shipping was fast, the software to do the photobooks was easy and also very very fun to use (I would suggest to add the possibility of changing colours freely for the pre-created graphic elements customers can add). The final product makes my pictures look like professional pictures!
