Quick devlivery but website can be improved!
The website could be improved with more pictures of the clothes and of the different colours, and the clothes in differnt angles. There was some issues with the payment system, but it worked after a while.
The delivery was very quick, which was great!

The attitude at customer service can make or break a business relationship!!!
Bruuns Bazaar seems to be a company that holds the customer in high regard. Morten Thyregod Andersen at customer service gave excellent service. With his kind yet proffessional service he made Bruuns Bazaar appear like a company one would trust making business with in the future. His pleasant personality reflects directly on the image I would imagine Bruuns Bazaar would like to portray to its customers. Of course the designs of the company are of paramount importance, but a friendly and professional customer service invites a customer to return for future purchases. Morten Thyregod Andersen went out of his way to accomodate my demands/wishes. He deserves to be noticed! Thank you!

Easy to order and Quick delivery
Good homepage, quick delivery - only one nuisance, I could not write as a comment to leave the package in the garage, so I did not have to go to the post office.

simple & straight forward, great service
Lovely gear, soft and so wearable, I purchased the long sleeve tops & polo necks. I am a size 12- 14 and usually but the XL because I do not have the figure for very clingy clothing, but the XL is perfect round my mid-rift. they wash superbly on a machine cool wool/delicate wash, but never tumble dry them. I have purchase Bruuns bazaar tops for 3 years and they are the staple of my wardrobe, just wish they were a bit more affordable!
