Bugatti Shoes Avis 

Very badly manufactured shoes I bought from them. After I wore them maybe 10 times, they start falling apart (the inner linen) and loads of Silicagel grains fell out (at the heels) - impossible to walk with ... After removing them alltogether awkwardly, which damaged the shoes quite a bit, I now can walk with them, but probably they won't last long. Contacted the (online) support of Bugatti - the refused any warranty since I bought the shoes in a shop (sales, before closing) and not online. Never ever Bugatti shoes ..!

Paid around £128 for a pair of Bugatti boots. They lasted 8 months before both soles leaked through wear and destroyed the leather. Two points - I have never been hard with any footwear as I am fairly lightweight and these boots were generally used over spring and summer and not every day. The leather appeared to be decent quality but the boot is let down very badly by the composition of the sole material which wore down unbelievably quickly. Lesson learned won’t ever buy Bugatti again.

Die Plakette an den Schnürsenkeln hat sich bereits nach zwei Tagen aufgelöst. Kein großer Verlust. Nach ca. 4 Monaten hat die Sohle begonnen, sich zu lösen. Alles in allem die schlechtesten Schuhe, die ich je besessen habe. Absolut minderwertig!

I bought a pair of shoes from the website, and not even a month after receiving them, the lining on one of the shoes broke.

Upon contacting customer service, i was asked to RETURN the faulty product, and offered a measly 15% off another pair of shoes.
So I am now left WITHOUT shoes, 100 EUR poorer, AND i have to go through the hassle of sending a package back to Germany with THEIR faulty product. I am shocked...

Terrible product and even worse service. Cannot recommend. There are WAY better options out there.

Hi, I placed an order in India at bugattishoes.in with order id BGTI3532 and received the items. I have two issues for which I have found no support from their customer service center. I have emailed and called them repeatedly.

1) I found the item small and initiated exchange/return. The item was not picked up as scheduled. When I called customer service they could not even locate by exchange request. They said they will initiate return request but they did nothing after disconnecting the phone. They did not even know they have a store in Indore (out of total 6 they have in India)

2) The coupon code received in email "EUROPE1928" did not work as promised. It only deducted 1000 Rs instead of 1928 as promised.

3) My wife registered and got the same coupon code that she tried to use for me son on a diff order. This code is now NOT working at all.

NOTHING WORKS. Returns, customer service, coupon codes they themselves send

Bugatti macht sehr schöne Schuhe in katastrophaler Qualität

Really liked the style of shoe. Comfort was good, size 11,I'm normally a 12. The trouble being the sole has come away from the upper in two places. Need to up the quality and durability big time.

ein gerade einmal 2 Monate alter Leder-Schnürschuh hat Fleckenweise Farbe verloren. Es wurde keinerlei Gewährleistung mit Verweis auf Gebrauchsspuren übernommen

Shop sieht nicht schlecht aus aber beim Bezahlen mit Paypal gab es immer einen Fehler, drum hab ich es gelassen. Jetzt lese ich hier von den Qualitätsproblemen. Glück gehabt!

Ich weiß ehrlich nicht, warum viele schlechte Bewertungen geben. Ich habe seit über 2 Jahren ein paar Schuhe, die immer noch halten und noch nicht kaputt sind. Die habe ich mind. Anderthalb Jahre jeden Tag getragen. Habe mir vor 3 Monaten ein neues Paar in weiß geholt und war wieder zufrieden. Sie sind sehr bequem und man kann mit den Füßen einfach in die Schuhe reinschlüpfen.

Erstmal , hatte Paypal nicht so gut geklappt bei mir, dachte ist wieder ein Fakeshop.
Nachdem ich aber Paypal Sofort Zahlen genommen habe ging es.
Schuhe kamen nach 2 Tagen an. Habe welche für dich Hochzeit gesucht. Die zur Krawatte passt.
Siehe da Größe stimmt, Farbe stimmt.
Bin bestens zufrieden.
Passen sehr gut.
Das mal Schuhe kaputt gehen, kann man ja verstehen. Egal ob man Adidas , Puma , Rieker , Victory , oder was auch immer , jeder Schuh geht mal kaputt.
Für den Preis kann man aber auch nicht meckern.
Weiß jetzt der Shop ist ehrlich , werde wieder dort bestellen.

Schon öfter dort bestellt, weil mir die Produkte an sich gefallen. Aber auch schon zwei Paar Schuhe reklamiert, weil sich die Sohle gelöst hat oder der Schuhe eingerissen ist.
Daraufhin war der Geldeingang für die Rückerstattung immer sehr verzögert und auch erst nach Erinnerung.

Nun hatte ich eine größere Bestellung von der ich nur ein paar Schuhe behielt.
Seit über 3 Wochen warte ich auf meine Rückerstattung. Bugatti sagt: "wir haben es zurück überwiesen, schauen Sie bei sich nach."

Seit dem KEINE Reaktion mehr!

Die schlechtesten Schuhe die ich je hatte. Einlage an der Ferse gebrochen. Links und rechts. Und das bei einer Benutzung von vielleicht ein mal die Woche, bei einem Alter von einem Jahr. Einfach billiger Schrott aus Fernost

Terribly made shoes. Very bad quality. Everything starts to fall apart after only one week of use. Do not buy shoes from this brand. They are selling cheap quality shoes at medium prices in high-income countries. It is like buying Temu/Shein quality and paying 10 times more.

The wariest shoes ever in my experience. I bought two types of color one is brown and the other one is black in a very short of time they started to break and scratch. Terrible quality

Bought a pair of fairly elegant pair of black Bugatti shoes. When I had worn them for about six hours, the rubber sole of one shoe came off! Incredible. I should have checked the reviews before buying them ... Never again.

Thrid class qulity product, only look is good.

Bought the Bugatti Benjy boat shoe July 24 for occasional use in summer and for holidays
Just worn them for the first time to walk in on holiday and to say these things are evil is an understatement
I have a blister on my left small toe and the same on the right small toe only that one burst, the best of it is I was wearing compede gell plasters
The stitching which holds the side of the shoe to the top in the toe are is the culprit

I bought new model shoes 2 month ago, now they start to loose color, after 3 4times of rainy days. I never seen such poor quality shoes
