The best shop front for businesses to sell
I put my business up for sale on this website and at the end of three months had had almost 400 ‘views’ 40 genuine interested parties and, having narrowed those down to 10 then 4 then 3 then 3, I settled on one.
This website gives you access to thousands of genuinely interested potential buyers. Honestly, they came from all over the world and, along the way I have made some new international friends. So, from that respect, this website is THE best place to advertise your business for sale.
That said, it’s like selling houses… this website will bring your the potential buyers but you must be honest, provide the most relevant information, be completely transparent and don’t oversell. Just tell it like it is. Don’t big anything up (buyers will know if it’s a good deal or a bad deal). If you make 80% gross profit, say it, simply. But don’t say ‘we make an outstanding 80% gross profit which is unheard of in our sector). This will put buyers off.
Just state the FACTS of your company and be as flexible as possible with buyers.
Do these things and you’ll attract the right people and… SELL! Wholeheartedly endorse this website… it’s a shop front on Regent Street! Just make sure you have the right product at the right price and you’ll attract the right buyers.
The price I paid for the initial three months was ridiculously cheap (extremely good value) and when I needed to speak to someone, they were on hand, quickly.

Poor value for money
I profiled my business with Business For Sale.com and also listed it with the bigger BizBuySell.com. I understand that Business for Sale.com is 60% less costly than bizbuysell.com, however the money I spent on Business for Sale.com was a complete waste. For comparison I received over 120 leads on bizbuysell.com plus 3 email campaigns whereas on Business for sale.com I received 10 leads of which 3 were duplicates, meaning only 7 leads. out of the 7 only one was decent. In my opinion the money I spent on Business for Sale.com was a complete and utter waste.

Exceptional Service and Quality Leads
We had a fantastic experience with BusinessesForSale.com! I came in with zero expectations, and they went well above and beyond—especially in terms of the quality and number of leads they provided. One of these is that contact details of interested parties are not shared during the free listing period. Full access to buyer or investor information is only available once the listing is upgraded to a paid package. In your case, we understand you moved from a free to a paid listing. While we do our best to verify and qualify interest, we cannot guarantee that every respondent will follow through or continue communication.
