Busy Bee Recruitment Avis

I worked for Busy Bee between contracts Jake was great sorted out any issues straight away good company to work for.

I have done various types of temp work with Busybee including Warehouse roles, sales admin and admin for someone with no administrative job experience Busybee really helped me build a strong cv to one day land a full-time permanent sales/admin job role and all the hard work finally paid off when I got recommend for a permanent admin position came up 2 weeks ago! I would like to take a minute to thank Hannah Arnold and Sian Peacock for their support and dedication and I would also like to extend my thanks to Hannah Arnold for supporting me with the 2 years I have been with Busybee in building my cv to be a strong asset to my job searching. I would highly recommend BusyBee to anyone looking to either have a temp role just to hold you over or even if you are looking for something on a permanent basis they really do help and care for their agency staff they have on the books. All of the staff are friendly and supportive from even checking in with you if you are waiting for work.

I cannot thank Oliver Habergham at Busy Bee Recruitment enough for helping me secure my new role as a Quality Control Technician at AMOT Controls. From our very first conversation, Oliver was professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in my career goals. He kept me fully informed at every stage of the hiring process, provided brilliant interview preparation advice, and answered all my questions with absolute clarity. He is somebody who delivers results and truly cares about matching you with the right employer. Thank you very much Oliver and wish you the best in the coming years.

After a friend recommended I reach out to the team at Busy Bee Recruitment, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Hannah Arnold, and I could not be more grateful for her support.

From our very first interaction, Hannah went above and beyond. She took the time to help me gain a true grasp of the local job market and immediately presented a range of fantastic options tailored to my situation. Her deep understanding of her clients and the region's employment landscape is second to none.

Hannah’s dedication is unmatched. She guided me through two successful fixed-term placements, with the second ultimately transitioning into a permanent role. Before every single interview, she ensured I was prepared, giving me the confidence to put my best foot forward.

Throughout my time in temporary roles, her communication was consistent and proactive, she checked in weekly and ensured that administrative details, like payments and holiday pay, were managed flawlessly without a single hitch.

The entire team at Busy Bee is clearly passionate about supporting their candidates, but Hannah truly stands out for her care, diligence, and expertise. If you are looking for a recruiter who will genuinely champion your career and deliver results, I cannot recommend Hannah Arnold and Busy Bee Recruitment highly enough!

The company is great to work with they are so friendly and no question or query is too much they help you out whenever you need it and are always kind and welcoming, they are amazing recruiters and I highly recommend them, I have worked with agencies before but they were never as understanding and as genuinely nice as these

I couldn’t recommend Busy Bee Recruitment highly enough. Oliver was fantastic throughout the entire process—professional, approachable and always keeping me updated.

He took the time to understand my experience and what I was looking for, and I genuinely felt supported rather than just being another candidate.

A smooth, positive experience from start to finish. Oliver is a real credit to Busy Bee Recruitment. Thank you for helping me secure my new role!

Fausta contracted me about a position she was recruiting for, I was offered the job after interviews and she was fantastic! Always kept me informed on the progress and answered any questions I had. Great overall experience 👌

Busy Bee - what a breath of fresh air!

I was looking for a career change and had contacted a few agencies. Busy Bee immediately stood out. Sian got back to me the same day, we had a phone call and spoke about what I was looking for and where I wanted to go career wise.

Sian is incredible - from updating me on roles, to onboarding me at my current job, there was nothing that was too much, or too difficult. The support I have felt from Sian and the team has been phenomenal. She is a superstar.

Sian is so good at giving feedback, constructive criticism and overall the exact person you want in your corner in a temp or temp to perm role. She communicates clearly and effectively and always comes back rapidly if she doesn’t have an answer immediately - which is rare!

Overall I couldn’t recommend Sian and the team at Busy Bee enough. The attention to detail, the accounts team being able to work their magic with updating salaries and doing it every week, the text messaging service. All of it contributes to an incredible service that means as a candidate you always feel supported and well looked after.

I’ve found my dream job, something I wouldn’t have even thought of before I met Sian. I cannot thank her enough for giving me the opportunity to explore an industry I previously knew little about.

10/10 experience overall. If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would.

Busy Bee are a very fast and efficient recruitment partner.

Nicole and especially Jake have been excellent with helping me find the next step in my career.

The agents are very professional and work to a very high standard.

I couldn’t recommend them enough.

I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank BUSYBEE Recruitment Services for helping me secure a permanent job opportunity.

Fausta Linkevivinte kept me regularly updated throughout the process and took the time to truly understand my experience and the type of role I was seeking. She worked closely with me on interview preparation and provided consistent support from start to finish, ultimately helping me secure an excellent position.

I am especially grateful to Fausta for her professionalism, dedication, and patience. I am confident she will continue to support many more candidates in achieving their career goals.

Less than a week after I applied for a placement (through Indeed.com), I heard back from Laura Nixon with an offer. Throughout the entire process Laura was incredibly helpful and kept in regular contact with updates on the placement. The whole experience was very professional and easy to follow with great communication, and I would highly recommend.
