Jake was incredibly helpful in ensuring all documentation was dealt with quickly and gave me plenty of advice and description of where I would be working. Helped to facilitate an earlier start to my employment as I needed it. I was sympathetic and understanding when I was unable to work and handed in my notice, a trait missing in other companies.
