This could have been a superb service
This could have been a superb service, the product was in stock and shipped super fast. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong items. The Return Items process appeared to be super easy, until I shipped the items using a returns label provided by Buy Spares. No contact since. Nothing to confirm items received, no refund provided and no way to contact them to ask the status. Really disappointing.

Honestly brilliant. Googled the part, found it on buy-spares.ie on Wednesday evening at about 7.30 and it arrived befor 9.30 am on Friday (I paid for express shipping - which was worth it as I had no washing machine without the button). Can’t believe these other reviews.. there are a lot of websites with spares and Ireland in the name..maybe they are mixed up. These I think ship from Uk- but mine was a small cheap item so no duty.. delighted

horrible experience…
I've had such a horrible experience with this crowd. From the beginning it's trickery, by making you think they are Irish with their dot ie domain. They send you poor quality rubbish then make you jump through hoops to get your money back, hoping, in my opinion, that you'll give up because it is a total head wreck having to send them the same thing over and over. If we were not in lockdown, I might have given up at this point, by I have nothing else to do with my time so I will keep emailing them until I get my refund. BUT.....if you value your time more than I, I would suggest you shop elsewhere because this is a cowboy outfit and do not deserve your business.

Still waiting for my delivery nearly 4…
Still waiting for my delivery nearly 4 weeks on and customer service is extremely poor.... takes days to get a reply and then they sent me a tracking number that isn’t valid! Very misleading that the items are not coming from within Ireland!!
