Called for a settlement figure. Call answered quickly, no queuing! Gentleman found my account quickly and after some security questions told me amount outstanding and process for clearing the outstanding balance.
Always receive a yearly statement! No hassle with this company.

Disappointing experience with CA Auto Finance, particularly when you consider the responsibilities you would expect a finance provider to take seriously.

I raised a detailed complaint about an ongoing issue with my vehicle. Unfortunately, their final response managed to miss important information I had provided and largely repeated the manufacturer’s position back to me.

There was no meaningful discussion, no attempt to clarify the concerns with me and seemingly very little interest in asking for further information before reaching a conclusion.

You might reasonably expect the company financing your vehicle to properly investigate a problem and offer some support, rather than simply accepting the manufacturer’s explanation and sending a generic response.

Apparently expecting someone to actually speak to the customer and understand the issue before deciding the outcome was asking a little too much.

Very disappointing, and certainly not the level of support I expected from a regulated finance provider.

Was a challenge to get the re-finance sorted, initial enquiry resulted in 3 emails and one letter for a settlement figure, then an email warning that if I settle early then it could effect my credit rating and finally informing me they would take £16k from my bank automatically if the car was not returned by 3rd Sept 26. It took several calls to resolve but a couple of their guys sorted it out intelligently & professionally.
