I bough an xl sibiu jacket and love the feel fit and quality of it. Arrived far quicker than I expected it too and am not complaining

I bought the Salcombe jacket last year and thought I would wait a while before reviewing. I liked the longer style of this and wore it extensively last winter. It is really warm especially in a biting wind. It has survived a couple of soakings and is wearing in nicely. I'm sure it will last me many years with a bit of TLC and some regular use of leather balsam.

Absolutely superb service. Ordered my leather jacket which arrived quickly. Unfortunately it was a little big so returned it, free of charge, for the smaller size. This arrived within a couple days and was followed up with a refund for the difference in price. Extremely easy. Lovely jacket for a great price and excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Last year I bought a thick leather jacket for the winter and was very pleased with it . 7 months later I noticed a problem with the lining. I emailed customer services with some pictures of the problem and they offered to put a new lining in straight away. I got it back this week with a lovely new lining. Great after sales service, I will be happy to buy another lighter weight one now.

Ordered a tan jacket. Wrong size and had to pay another $120 to get another size. The new size arrived and the arms were too long. I've got 4 other leather jackets, never had this problem before. I can never wear this jacket.

I asked a few questions first about Caine's Leather jackets which were answered promptly and helpfully. Once I ordered a jacket I was kept up to date with progress and quickly received an excellent, quality jacket. I am absolutely delighted.

Caine Leather offers a first class product backed by a first service. I order the Chawleigh coat that arrived promptly just two days later. I was very impressed with the coat and the quality of the leather, but unfortunately the extra width in the shoulders, created to allow a jacket to be worn beneath, made me look too bulky. I returned the coat and ordered an Erfut as a replacement. That arrived the week after. Again the quality is superb but now it fits me perfectly (I'm a big man and needed a 2XL). In the meantime I had become worried about not being able to track my return with DPD (I had the wrong postcode). I emailed Caine and receive an extremely prompt and courteous email in reply putting me right and allowing me to reassure myself on delivery. The whole experience was efficient, courteous and has left me with an excellent coat that I am sure will give me good service for many years. Well done Caine, and thanks, it's good to do business with a company that thinks their customers as well as their products are important.

The question I was asking myself was "Can I trust, and get good service from an online clothes retailer?" The answer was a resounding YES and am absolutely stoked with my purchase which is of excellent quality. When I need a new leather jacket, this is where I will go first.

Having recently bought a shearling biker jacket from Caine Leathers for my son, I can only commend them on their exemplary service. The jacket was -My sons words: " a well made and truly fine jacket".
There was a monumental problem with the delivery courier (DPD) alas. But Ian (from Caine) was extremely diligent in sorting it out. This was in the face of DPD's utter incompetence.
Once again, thank you Ian for your sterling work.
A company I would not hesitate to recommend. A truly 5 + 5 rating should be given.

I ordered my jacket on a Saturday and I received it on Tuesday-amazing! Even better I am pleased with the quality of leather- so soft, the color- a rich dark brown and the interior with the wool, flannel and quilted liner is wonderfully made. The fit was exactly what I was hoping for too!

I have not used this company before but I am glad I did as the service was second to none. The quality is excellent and fast delivery. Look at the measurements prior to ordering and you will get the right size, Don't just order S M or Large. You will be pleased as I am

Shockingly bad service, rude and confrontational on the phone. I was asked what my problem was, if the jacket fitted, but it was too short, he then told me all jackets are the same length!!! There is no sizing stitched into the jackets, just random tags allotted to the same size jackets. I ordered my husband 2 jackets the same style, but different sizes, to compare. We received 2 jackets, identical sizes, but an XL label in one and XXL label attached to the other!!! I then ordered 4 jackets, told only 2 per order, so made 2 separate orders. Both were declined. I emailed and asked for one of my orders to be honoured, but received no reply. I then ordered 2 different jackets, XXL, order declined, no explanation given!!! I'm appalled at this service and rudeness. Stay away from Caine Leather, they are so unpleasant to deal with.

I ordered the LEATHER BLAZER IN BLACK: MAGDEBURG and received it within a couple of days via DPD. It is a superb quality jacket but was slightly too big so I returned (securely via DPD at no cost to me) and received a replacement smaller size, again within a few days. I emailed customer services to check on progress and to ask about taking up the sleeve length - they responded very quickly (minutes not days) and kept me informed at all stages of return/replacement. I returned the jacket after Christmas and they have done a great job of taking up the sleeves (DPD both ways included within the £25 charge) - so you're effectively getting a tailored finish! In this day & age it was an absolute joy to communicate with this company - I cannot recommend highly enough.

A superb company to deal with.
I ordered a new mens "Atherington" leather coat from Caine Leather & can honestly say that the whole experience was great. The choice of coats was huge & I read a lot of reviews before opting for this one. It only took a couple of days to arrive & delivery was free. The coat itself was fantastic & exceeded my expectations on both looks & quality. I even rang them to thank them because I was so impressed. I would highly recommend Caine Leather to everyone. I purchased the Barbrook leather sheepskin coat a few days ago, and it's truly a wonderful coat! I'm just so impressed with it, that I've now got my eyes on another one from them. Caine's size guide is very accurate and it helped me get the correct size coat which fits me perfectly!
