My Company website is has been taking down in retaliation because I requested my money back. I have tired over and over to asked that things be fixed on my website I even tried to be patient 3 months after my payment for promises to make changes. I paid California Logo Designs back on 4/12 for a form to be added to my site and a few minor changes with my website Goodsamaritans2u.com at this point I have no other choice to take things to the next level TODAY! I will be putting in a dispute at the Better Bureau also I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission and then posting a complaint on Ripoff Report and then emailing spam at uce.gov after that I will write a review on Yelp and Planet Feedback following I will write a letter to my Attorney General and after that I will post a review on Pissed Consumer and lastly file a police report showing my interactions with you guys and money paid if anyone has any issues like this follow these steps

I purchased a package from them and due to Covid I stopped the project. Now no work was done at all on this package project I paid for. I sent an Email to Ethan Parker explaining that due to the state of the economy it's not a smart idea to move forward with the project and I wanted a refund.

Ethan Parker never responded to the email. I texted him as well and it was not until I told him you need to get in contact with me immediately that he decided to respond after not even answering the first text.

Bottom line if they would have started the project or put work into the actual website then I can be like ok a refund may be declined. But they have done nothing absolutely nothing and they are telling we do not do refunds. But Ethan Parker was quick to do the Sales pitch and everything. Now he hides like a coward and does not have a response or the professional ethic to respond to my emails.

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY" I wished I would read their reviews because they have alot of bad reviews.

I was in touch with Zoey Parker, and all I can say is. Phenomenal customer service. Respond times were never over 5 minutes long. Gave my client and I plenty of references. Immense knowledge of what I was looking for. I will 100% be reaching out to her for any other logo needs for my clients.

This company is NOT based in California although they claim they are. They are somewhere in India. They dont deliver the website but rather give you to INEXPERIENCED and UNPROFESSIONAL young men who continually screw up the websites pictures, content and dont communicate with you other than missed calls and agreed upon meetings which they miss! There was lots of high pressure selling to purchase things I did not need and I gave up! never got a website!

Kevin and his team were attentive and gave me exactly what I asked for. Thank you so much and I am sure we will work together again in the future.

Amidst this pandemic I have been working diligently with this company to develop the image for a new business I started, these people are first class professionals who have been with me from the very beginning and continue to work with me now. The website and my social media accounts are in my humble opinion first class they’re service is first class the level of professionalism is second to none. They have kept me informed from the beginning and have advise me on all matters within their scope of practice. I have no hesitation in recommending California logo design to anyone who needs first class service and products.

My company hired this company to create a website. In 6 months they didn't do ANYTHING at all. We paid them thousands of dollars and they did nothing and were still asking for more money. They have a terrible service. Every time we would try to get some answers we were directed to a new person. They refused to give a corporate number, a supervisor name or any other details about someone to help us. The billing department was completely rude when we asked for a full refund and they clearly said they won't issue any refund. The initial package details says 100% money back guarantee 100% costumer satisfaction guaranteed. It's been 3 months after we asked for a full refund and they still don't have any answers on what's going to happen, when will they refund the money. They just don't care, they don't even return my company's phone calls and like I said, my company paid them thousands of dollars and in six months they didn't do what they were supposed to. My company filed complains about this company with our bank and the Better Business Bureau and they still refuse to comply with both the bank and the BBB.
My company is now getting ready to file a lawsuit against California Logo Designs and guess what? They still don't care!
Worst service ever!! Avoid yourself a lot of trouble! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!.
