California Logo Designs is not the…
California Logo Designs is not the company you want to move forward with! Currently worked with Keith, Martin & Nick and all 3 employees have mislead and continue to lie about how they conduct business. They have delayed my company from opening for 3 weeks and just started the 4th week with incomplete work. I was upsold a service which I paid additional for and continue to not make the necessary changes needed to complete our project. Example: Content & Pictures were additional and Nick literally told me to find my own pictures and send it to them... So why charge me additional then tell your customers to find it yourself. After arguing over and over today they are telling me it will get done well it's too late! Everything we paid for was a battle with them, everytime they sent over there work it was incomplete. I have roughly 140 emails with 30 complaints! Almost every file they sent including website was not completed meaning Content, Pictures, Flyers, Email Template & Website all were not completed or not relevant to my industry! This has been a complete disaster from the beginning and 2 months into hiring them they still to this day can't complete their work! I highly recommend you don't use them or have an attorney on hand because you will get ripped off! Currently hired an attorney in San Francisco and will be filling a complaint and a lawsuit. Please feel free to reach out if you need physical proof!
