Cambrian Granite Avis 

Cambrian Granite supplied the Silestone kitchen worktops for my Kitchen and after 18month use we are having them taken out due to them becoming really badly dulled in places . We've treated these tops with the utmost care and but even a spill of water will dull the finnish. The material is entirely unsuitable for a working kitchen . Consantino the maufacture suggested it to be our negligence but looking on other review sites , the Sileston is criticised heavily.
Cambrian refuse to take any responsiblity for supplying this shoddy product . My advice is avoid this company and Silestone.

So we are going to change an induction hob for a gas hob in a granite worktop and on the advice of Hanson Electric we rang Cambrian Granite.
Dave Weston answered the phone and we subsequently had an exchange of photos and ideas which has not resulted in any business for Cambrian Granite thus far, but has restored my faith that good customer service is still out there. It's the cost of doing business and has created an opportunity for good stories to be told as opposed to the cost of lost opportunity which can be massive.
Dave didn't know whether I was just changing our hob or about to refurb a block of apartments. Well Done Dave and thanks again.

Lovely company to deal with - especially Dave. We’ve come to the end of a long build and have found so many disappointing companies along the way - overpromising and underdelivering. Cambrian have been the opposite of that. Everything delivered and done as promised. Excellent aftercare. Very nice and highly skilled fitters. Beautifully finished and fitted worktops. I can highly recommend this company.

In late autumn last year, my husband and I contacted Cambrian Granite (Howden) Ltd to fabricate some worktops and splashbacks, and install them in our new kitchen.

The Sales lady who organised the initial appointment was very efficient, and was always friendly during our subsequent interactions with the company. The Business Development Manager was brilliant - he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and took the time to discuss our requirements and always replied promptly by 'phone or email whenever we had any queries. He arranged for us to visit the Cosentino Warehouses in Manchester and Darlington so that we could see the full slabs of Silestone before making our final choice. The Templator and Fabricators did a great job – the quality of their work was definitely superior to the company who had produced our original worktops. The two Installers were very polite and professional and carried out their work efficiently and to a high standard.

We love our new worktops and splashbacks – they look fantastic - everyone at Cambrian Granite has contributed to the success of this project, and they have exceeded our expectations.

So my husband and I would like to thank all the team at Cambrian Granite (Howden) Ltd once again. We hope they continue to keep up the good work and we wish them every success in the future.

This is an ultra professional and quality company that it’s been a pleasure to do business with. Our new kitchen project has presented us with several issues from what we still consider to be quality suppliers but the provision of our new worktops and splash backs from Cambrian was completed with military precision. The Dekton is unbelievable; beautiful, high quality and fit for purpose. The men who came out to measure and to install were exceptionally polite, on time and professional - they clearly knew their business and wanted to do a perfect job for us.
I cannot overstate how confident and happy I am with this company, its products and its people. Use them and you will have a stress-free installation.

We both know that the conversation was unproductive, mainly because you absolutely refused to come back to fix the problem unless we paid, saying our ceilings had dropped an inch which is totally untrue. I invited you to see for yourself but you chose to believe your fitters and not us. You are still welcome to come to the house to see for yourself, we still have the problem.

Excellent service, highly recommended. Nothing too much trouble for Cambrian Granite. Very impressed with the workmanship of our worktops - especially the mitred gable end, the joint is seamless, we cannot see or feel this at all. The attention to detail cannot be faulted.
