Would not recommend
My caraway skillet was great the first 2 or 3 times I used it. After that it sticks i can't cook an egg without breaking a yolk to save my life. Soo nonstick , I don't think so. Very unhappy with my purchase. Would not recommend.

So far so good
So far so good! I got the navy blue set. It’s really pretty and aesthetically pleasing. I hope it lasts a long time. I reheated a few things from dinner the night before and followed the instructions on using low to medium heat and it heated up rather quickly. I’ve been really wanting a nontoxic cooking set and this was the first brand I wanted to try.

Love the Brand so far…
Love the Brand so far as I have their 12" fry pans and they cook up wonderfully! Had an issue where I found a mark that wasn't made by me and Caraway replaced the pan. I now have the 12qt stock pot which I've always wanted! They clean up great and yes you need to adjust the heat as you use them. I have an electric glass top, everything works out fine. Food comes out great. Would like the utensil set as it has very good reviews

Warning: You need to register the product in 1 week for the warranty to be valid
I’m excited to use this product, but the fact that they don’t have an automatic warranty and you have to register within one week of delivery is pretty suspicious. It makes me less likely to stick with Caraway when expanding my non-toxic ceramic collection.
