I have used Carbonite for more than 5 years now. It is easy to use, updated when necessary and continually backs up all important files on our home computer. I have successfully remotely signed into carbonite website on a few occasions when traveling and downloaded needed files very quickly and efficiently.

The Carbonite product and performance is seamless
The Carbonite product and performance is seamless and easy to navigate. We use 3 different computers. I just wish there was a way to have a single account. An account that would be more cost effective for us than maintaining the 3 separate accounts.
We never had to retrieve a backup but trust it would work well.

Excellent Products
Have been a customer of Carbonite/Webroot for over 10 years. Their products are outstanding. This time was not able to complete my upcoming purchase because of the timing. Would like the company to consider more flexibility/consolidation when it comes to adding product to the annual billing cycle.

From panic to peace
In January I panicked. Someone who was supposed to be helping solve a printer problem online was not who they appeared to be, and the only way I could be sure that my MacMini had not been compromised was to wipe it clean. Stressful!
But I had Carbonite, and they had come through before, so I proceeded to reconfigure by computer. It worked well and I was actually able to just restore the files and applications I needed, leaving me lots of space and a clean start.
I needed to get some direction from customer service and they were very helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend Carbonite for peace of mind!

Carbonite saved my files!
Just the knowledge that my files are safe and protected. And, more importantly, if the system goes down, I can go back to Carbonite and retrieve my files. I have already had to do this once, and it was a lifesaver!

Service is good / Pricing is getting out of hand!

I’ve used Carbonite for a while now
I’ve used Carbonite for a while now. In fact I have replaced two laptops using it. Great product, and easy to use. I’m not a savvy PC guy but it works great for me. Never lost a pic or file or anything. Thanx so much. May GOD bless you and yours.

IT all happens behind the scenes
