We hired the 360 photo booth for Michael & Kim's wedding, even with wrong name on videos at start that's was nothing, that was quickly fixed, didn't stop everyone have ball, staff on the night were lovely and polite & patient with kids, even Bride & Groom had shot on it, I would 100% recommend them Carolyn's Sweet, From Janet Gray,Thanks Ian all staff

This is my second order with you.
I saw you advertised sweet peanuts and ordered them with others to make postage viable but was disappointed to see that my peanut order was not fulfilled and my monies credited.

We’re very sorry about the disappointment with the sweet peanuts on your recent order.
As your order was placed late on Friday evening, we only became aware on Monday morning that the item had sold out over the weekend, as we do not operate on weekends. Rather than delay your full order for up to two weeks waiting on restock, we issued an immediate refund for the peanuts and shipped the remaining items as quickly as possible.
We completely understand your frustration, especially as the peanuts were the main reason for your order, and we do appreciate your continued custom and support.
Unfortunately stock issues can occasionally happen despite our best efforts, but we always try to resolve them as quickly and fairly as possible.

We did offer you a free return with collection but you refused as you said you already ate some.

Best online sweet shop
I have ordered a couple of times through Tiktok Shop. Delivery has always been speedy, price is affordable and not to mention the flavours are fabulous. My most recent purchase was the black death sweets. They are the best sour sweets going. I will definitely be ordering again.
